Residence Invalidovna (印瓦里诺夫娜旅馆)  

Very good value, clean and well equipped with helpful staff and we would certainly stay there again.

It's 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram/metro station and the Invalidovna area has very few facilities so it's usually necessary to travel to shop or eat.

The hotel was located in a very quiet and green area, only 3 minutes away from the Invalidovna metro station and Albert supermarket. We were using only the metro and in less than 10 mins we were in the old town. The builduing is very new, clean, quiet, they have elevator and underground parking. The apartment was very clean and spacious, well organised and fully furnished. However keep in mind that here you won't have daily cleaning and supplies for the kitchen an bathroom such as (change of bed sheets and towels or refill for soap) but we didn't mind that as all was very clean and we used the washing machine for washing the towels when necessary and we bought drinks and food from the supermarket at super costs that we could drink when returning in the evening or before leaving in the morning. The value for price is excellent, we spent 1 week in a 2 rooms apartment, 4 persons, and the cost was very low/person/day. The personnel was very polite, helpful and they were speaking English. If I would return to Prague I won't spend time finding another accommodation and we will book Residence Invalidovna from the beginning. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a 4 stars accommodation at the price of 2 stars!

The staff at the main entrance were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and well equiped kitchen area. They were very clean and lovely cotton sheets on the bed, and fluffy bath towels in the lovely bathroom.

The only fault was a dripping water pipe that ran down the outside of the bedroom it kept us awake some nights.

All things was really good. All interiors were clean and it seems to be cleaned every day. Our apartments appeared as a very cozy and homely place - we felt ourselves like in our own. Even tableware and utensils were glistening and new. There no need to say about how pretty was bedding We had no issues with personnel and all of them were speaking English quite good. Some guys just understand your speaking but do their best to fit your needs. Especially we`re like to thank Mr. Gianni Alpigiano - he`s a good manager and pleasant man. Thank you a lot, guys!

This place even smelled brand new, but was a year old. The location was perfect for me, quiet, parks, and close to the Metro Station. There was even a market, pizza restaurant and Portuguese wine bar within 5 minutes. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, a dish washer, and a washing machine. Staff was helpful, especially when there was an internet problem. TV only had Czech stations, but nice music. Has a lift, and security. It was nice to wake up to birds singing, quiet, and a great breeze in the morning. I did not want to stay in the middle of the city and this was perfect. There was even a Tram Station if you didn't want to take the Metro. Only 10 minutes from the city center and a place where most people spoke Czech, and you knew you were in a different world. I would stay here again on my next trip to Prague!!!!!!!!

I couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine! Not there problem!

Everything was just fine. Friendly staff, good location (quiet place, not far from metro), big and clean room. It's more an apartment than a hotel room - no breakfast or changing towels, but there're a fridge, an oven, a washing machine in a room. Just perfect for me.

First of all děkujeme to Residence's staff. I mean not only friendly reception- boys, especially night-security for help to callin' taxi for us, and necessary information about Praha. Everything in room was fine, clean, shiny, warm. Full enough dishes and flatwares there are at kitchen. Good E-net connection (but without Wi-Fi still yet, so strange, only by lan). Enough free space in a room even for (maybe) dancin' or playing "Twister". Outside is kindergarten, quiet area around there. There is Albert-supermarket near by. Residence is not so far from Metro, about 5 min by walk. By metro to Praha's central 2 stations. But in my opinion - it's better take it by a tramway. My departure was in evening, and I've asked reception to stay my baggage in Hotel, so - there was no problem.

Very nice place. Low city noise, many trees and birds around. Walking to the center of the city about 40 min or 15 min using public transport. Loyal and good staff. They never put to inconvenience.

It was very clean and a good size the staff was always there and very helpful when ever you needed them. Good location

Отличный отель. Отдыхали с 26.04-03.05.13. Мебель новая, душ, туалет работает без претензий, 5 полотенец, большие шкафы поэтому есть где разместить вещи и одежду, в каждом номере есть балкон, кухня без претензий -полный набор посуды для приготовления пищи.WiFi ловит отлично, по телевиз. можно просматривать три русскоязычных канала. Отличная звукоизоляция, соседей слышно только когда они выходят на балкон при открытых в квартире окнах. Комфортно. Но нужно учесть что мыло дают один небольшой кусок и шампунь небольшой тюбик, нет таблеток для посудомоечной машины, нет губок и средств для мытья посуды. Фен слабенький и старенький, лучше брать свой. Утюг дают, нужно только попросить. Вообще на ресепшене практически никогда никого нет, нас лично это не напрягало, но с заездом мб проблемы, поэтому лучше заранее написать время когда вы планируете прибыть в отель, заселение круглосуточно. Перед отелем бесплатная парковка - удобно. Метро недалеко-10 минут пешком и до центра 15 минут на метро, остановка трамвая минут 10 от отеля. Обменников рядом с отелем не нашли, хороших ресторанов или пивниц тоже. Отель оправдал ожидания, комфортно, особенно если вы путешествуете на машине.

всё было замечательно соотношение цены и качества,отличные просторные номера со всем необхадимым для длительного отдыха,чистота ,тишина в номерах,удобные кровати с красивым постельным бельём и двойным комплектом одеял , шаговая удаленность от центра (метро или трамвай мах 15 мин.до центра), парковка.здорово!!! мы много путешествуем,и есть с чем сравнивать.

минусов нет,одно единственое,мы 3 ночи спали с открытыми дверями,открыв дверь,забывали закрыть её ключом,привыли к тому,что все дери захлопываются.это наша расcлабленноcть срабатывала в отпуске .

отель на 5+. в аппартаментах все продумано до мелочей, уютно и комфортно (лишь один маленький недостаток - нет утюга и гладильной доски). рядом станция метро и остановка трамвая - до центра 10-15 мин. около метро скпермаркет альберт с эконом.ценами. персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. руководство отеля оперативно сделали все документы для визы и организовали такси для встречи в аэропорту (490 крон).

Gentilezza dello staff, le ottime condizioni della camera e della struttura, la comoda posizione vicino alla metro (dalla metro in 10 min si arriva al centro città), il fatto di avere un piccolo appartamento al costo di una camera d'albergo! Consigliatissimo

Категорическое отсутствие нормального интернета, нет русского телевидения, как и любого другого, кроме чешкого. Такое впечатление, что их клиенты только местные граждане, а это далеко не так.

Отличный отель. Только открылся, всем рекомендую. Недалеко метро, а также кто не боится ходить пешком 30 минут до центра.

Appartement tout neuf, salle de bain en marbre, parquet flottant dans toutes les pièces, appartement lumineux, les fenêtres donnent sur terrain de jeux d'école, trés calme. La résidence, fournit 4 grandes serviettes de bain et 4 moyennes. 2 tapis de bain, 1 petit savon et 1 petit shampooing. L'appartement est équipé d'un machine à laver, d'un séche cheveu, d'un lave vaisselle, d'une vitrocéramique, frigo, micro- ondes, vaisselle, casserolles, assiettes, couverts, etc... connection internet, couettes et coussin et il fournisse même des rouleaux de papier toilette, jolie parc à proximité

Télévision toute neuve, mais pas de chaines internationales. Il faut apporter des torchons, produit vaisselle, lessive, éponge. Un super marché (Albert) est à proximité et il est vraiment pas cher.

Очень комфортный номер. Чувствовали себя как дома. Рядом продуктовый магазин Альберт. Рядом метро, удобно добираться до центра.

Не хватало утюга. В ванной положили малюсенький кусочек мыла и 1 пузырек шампуня. На троих на неделю этого было очень мало, пришлось все докупить.
