The location - most sights are within walking distance and the tram stop (no 22) to the castle is at the top of the street. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. I can highly recommend the Residence Karolina. |

The total package was wonderful - location, security, size of the rooms, cleanliness, comfortable beds - Not a criticism of the residence, but you should know that the "reliable" cab service that was made by the apartment service never showed up to take us to the airport when we needed to leave - it is not your fault, but I think that you should know - it did not change our wonderful experience |

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful and gracious, the apartment was beautiful. Just some suggests for improvement, these are not complaints: they should solve the problem with car parkings, having down pillows or something more comfortable, make available more utensils for the kitchen such as a coffee maker, have more blankets available for guests to use, the air conditioning would not be enough for summer but it was fine for us. |

Excellent location; comfortable and spacious apartment; plenty of light; secure and upscale building; modern furniture and decoration; good appliances to make it self sufficient irregular and unpredictable maid service; inconsistency in information between booking.com and the front desk; lack of replacement toilet paper, soap, etc; lack of a ground line telephone for making and receiving local calls |

Excellent and very helpful staff at the reservation office and also cleaning service of the apartment. Great location. Spacious apartment, sufficiently equiped for a lengthy stay. Lack of access to English channels (I.E. bbc, cnn, etc) on the excellent equipment available in the apartment; would render the equipment useless to a significant number of guests. Lack of information available in the apartment to use available equipment, I.E. the washing machine. |

Our appartment was modern, clean and well equiped. It had an outstanding view of the castle area and was centrally placed so travelling around the city could be done on foot or by public transport. |

The apartment was top class accommodation. Every mod con was provided and we enjoyed the beautiful decor. The Karolina is close to all the major attractions in Prague and is in a beautiful building on a quiet street. I would highly recommend anyone from honeymooners to families to visit the Karolina. |
