We really felt at home. Excellent location. Excellent value for money. The staff were really helpful: we asked to have the hairdryer repaired and if they had a plug adapter and everything was sorted out when we came back home at night. |

The apartments were excellent. Well-furnished, clean, spacious, comfortable. Finding the reception, which is not actually at the hotel. We only found this out when we got there. There were no directions provided to the reception office other than a poor description over the phone. It was a short yet convoluted journey, and so got lost. In the freezing cold, not much fun. Once we got there though, the hotel was excellent. |

Location was great. Close to Tesco for small erands. Hotel saff was very nice. Our two-bed apt was perfect for family of 5. |

Excellent location about 5mins walk from the 'Charles Bridge' Large,spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean & well equipped and the best bed I've ever slept in away from home.The staff were efficient & friendly. Can highly recommend. |

The location - most sights are within walking distance and the tram stop (no 22) to the castle is at the top of the street. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. I can highly recommend the Residence Karolina. |

The total package was wonderful - location, security, size of the rooms, cleanliness, comfortable beds - Not a criticism of the residence, but you should know that the "reliable" cab service that was made by the apartment service never showed up to take us to the airport when we needed to leave - it is not your fault, but I think that you should know - it did not change our wonderful experience |

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful and gracious, the apartment was beautiful. Just some suggests for improvement, these are not complaints: they should solve the problem with car parkings, having down pillows or something more comfortable, make available more utensils for the kitchen such as a coffee maker, have more blankets available for guests to use, the air conditioning would not be enough for summer but it was fine for us. |
