The postion of hotel, our room was very quite. The staff very good.
The warmth in bedroom at night.
It's close to everything u must see in Prague. We had a room with balcony and it was clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and kind. Big thanks..
The breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a wide choice of dishes. The warm water was great and plentiful. The elevator provided a good service when loaded with luggage and the steps good exercise when not. I'd return for my next visit.
Our room had no real personality. Functional yes but nothing to say "Ah!". Parking the car cost 25€ per day which was rather necessary but cost us in the end nearly as much as the parking of ourselves! A rather small price to pay for peace of mind however.
The location was good! Breakfast was ok for the price we paid?
The rooms we had weren't like the 1's shown on the Internet! No view to look out on. There was a patio table & chairs for show outside, but we couldn't get out to sit on them! The reception should be larger & 2 people manning it!
location cleanliness beds
rooms were so dated breakfast was poor
Location, value for money, large rooms, and staff.
Bathrooms need updating. Despite reporting a broken shower head holder it was not repaired during our stay
Great location. The furniture is very basic ie wobbly sofa but was great to have a kitchenette and tiny lounge area. Breakfast was generous.
The furniture needs an upgrade. Bed was ok though.
Wanted to be near Old Town, and so this property is perfect, as it is also near the Metro station. No Microwave but nice refrigerator and a cook top. Price was very good (got a special). Breakfast was a good selection.
Workers, or someone, was pounding and stomping around above me until I finally got to sleep after midnight, was not very happy. Also would be helpful if a microwave was included in the kitchenette.
Very friendly staff (most of them speak Russian fluently). Free luggage room and possibility to stay in the common room after check out (free internet access, tables, PC, WC). Great view out of the window. Very comfortable beds (even a sofa in a room for 3-persons!) TV with some international channels (English, Russian, French, Italian, Chech, etc.)
Not much options for breakfast for diabetics.
Near the centre of city
Not sufficient light in room
The hotel location is perfect in downtown. The breakfast was great.
Brilliant location - right by the Astronomical Clock and square. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. Brilliant views from the roof terrace of my friend's room.
On the booking it stated that I would pay for the hotel in local currency. Naturally I changed enough currency up to pay for the hotel. When we checked out I went to pay only to be told that payment had been taken off the card I used to secure the room. Not best please that I had £400 in the local currency!!! And I had a bank charge to pay for as they had taken it in czk
Location location location. Very important in a place like Prague. Got a huge room with old style furniture. Breakfast was rich and satisfied. Exactly what we needed for our vacation.
- Location is super - Wi-Fi very fast
- During 5 days the the room was never washed or vacuumed. From first day there was a lot cobweb in room - Poor window isolation - We could not switch on of refrigerator, because voltage line was old
The location. The building was well renovated with good quality materials. The management of the hotel was very cheap
The concierge was very rude. We stayed 5 days and ask for a light bulb that was burned to be replaced the first day and it was never replaced. The breakfast was very basic. The decor in the room was very poor and was in total contrast to the quality of the building. Somebody did the remodelation and who did decorate it was very cheap and with poor taste. Big contrast. The service was poor. They forgot to clean the bathroom one day and put toilet paper.
The location is right in the middle of Prague 1 so everything is in walking distance. Just 2 minutes walk from Old Town. Good view of the clock towers and the red tile roofs. Room itself was spacious and so was bathroom. Friendly staff.
Bathroom had a smell of damp guttering which wasn't great. Staff did not have much knowledge of the nightlife. Been to places before where staff have sorted out VIP into places etc. (That's being picky though)
nice location, close to everything, but relatively quite place
The location, in the Old Town, was great, but just far enough from the Town Square to miss the partying and the noise. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were helpful, but could do with some reinforcements in busy periods.
It was all good - with the possible exception for the impatient, that there might be a wait for the lift in busy periods. However, once available, it is quick!
The billow of the bed wasn't comfortable
fabulous breakfast helpful staff spacious room and bath great location great value for your money
noisy street and night life
The desk staff were really friendly and helpful and the location coulndt be better Next time i will stay in the penthouse :-)
The staff loved to talk - very early outside our room :-)
