No directions on how to get to the hotel with the car were provided. We waited almost one hour to check in while a clumsy receptionist was checking in only two families before us, permanently saying that we should not show up all at the same time! Even the reservation for the parking was stated in the booking form and separate mail sent, the receptionist claim he has no evidence on that and made me a favor when I insisted. I found very offensive to have to pay in advance at check in, even my credit card details were provided in the booking.com reservation. I asked to see the apartment first, I was denied with the argument: "What will you do if you don't like the room. You have little children and it is evening late, where will you go?" In the apartment (number 304) another story. It is a joke to call that room "family apartment". It is a rectangular room with two walls to separate another so-called bedroom; therefore this "bedroom" did not have any windows to outside and a poor ventilation. Spider nets on room corners and between the table legs. Terrible smell in the bathroom, with no windows and / or ventilation fan. Even we were asking for double bed, were given a twin bed. Should I mention the safe out of order? The Internet connection was very bad, disconnecting frequently. Overall we had a bad experience, the room was not clean, never have the value for money (114 EUR + 25 EUR for parking). Happily we stayed only one night. Will never return to this property nor recommend to any one. But if all you need is a shelter between bier parties is OK, nothing more. This is the best way to describe it: SHELTER.
Position: close to Clock Tower and Charles Bridge, but some how away from street noise (of course, you cannot expect much quietness in a city dedicated to international drunks). Nice restaurant, but breakfast very ... basic.
