the staff were mostly helpful and polite but some were not as helpful as they might be.

the food was ok the location was good the ease of axes to the trams trains and buses was great.

Hotel is situated at very nice place not far from the city centre, very close to the public transport stations. Staff is friendly and prepared to help when is needed.

Breakfast should be better, especially bread wasn´t fresh at all.

The hotel's position in Mala Strana, close to trams, quick transport to city and other venues. My room was very comfortable with small kitchen and dining ares. Hotel staff very helpful.

Location - quiet but close to tram line and restaurants. Breakfast buffet each morning. Convenience of having kitchenette in room.

One of the night staff people was not attentive to his duties, was not at desk to open door for guests returning at late hours.
