Leisure facilities were at a sister hotel and when we arrived there they had not been booked. Restaurant was understaffed |

The hotel staff had little knowledge of English. Of 3 people I found at the reception at different times only one could speak English wihtout problems. |

My stay was during the off season and it was excellent value for money. Very good location. There was very little English spoken by the hotel staff. The spa treatments are very expensive for what you get. I had a massage and clearly the girl had not been trained in massage at all. Also considering this where people go to get well it was very difficult to find 'healthy' food. The breakfast is 'European' cold meats and cheeses very little in the way of fresh fruit and vegetables. |

The hotel is close to the centre but in quiete place. Rooms are superb and breakfast was very good. Staff was nice and helpful, especially during breakfast. Well done. Only one remark is to night receptionist who was not informed about time of breakfast and check-out. It was a bit disturbing as we arrived late and stayed for one night only. |

Die Suite war riesig und ordentlich eingerichtet, allerdings nachgemachter Plüsch, trotzdem für den Preis...! Das Essen war nur mittelmäßig und von einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbüffet konnte auch nicht die Rede sein. Am ersten Abend hatten wir einen sehr unfreundlichen Kellner! Alle anderen Mitarbeiter aber waren ausnahmslos sehr nett. |

Der gesamte Aufenthalt! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereich. Ds Essen ist verbesserungswürdig und die Parkgebühren mit 10,00€ pro Tag sind zu hoch. Trotzdem überwiegt der positive Eindruck. |

(Nous n'étions pas au Romanza mais au Continental.Voir nos couriels à ce propos.)Notre séjour était trop court pour mettre en évidence ses qualités. Je cite néanmoins le calme, la chambre, le parking 1. L'hotel était en travaux d'où circuit complexe pour rejoindre la chambre; 2.Le menu pension un peu simple: l' entrée proche d'un plateau apéro,le plat principal simple mais suffisant , le dessert : une pomme! Le tout était imposé,pas de choix possible.Le personnel ne parle que tchèque et allemand. L'accueil clientèle et le service, type occidental, n'est pas encore installé. |

Très bel hotel,suite spacieuse et très agréable.Petit déjeuner copieux.Repas en demi pension varié. On pourrait juste demander la pose d'un rideau de douche cela éviterait de "laver" la salle de bain |
