Hotel reception was very informative and helpful in ordering taxi transfers, tram tickets and the destinations. Buffet breakfast was very good. |

The apartment was very clean and the position was excellent, just a few tram stations to Carol Bridge. We definitely recommend it. |

The luxury apartment we had was very spacious and well equipped. It even had a piano! The breakfast was good, too. The staff was very helpful with locating tickets for an event and for locating a gorcery store. The walls are bare. The beds are a little uncomfortable. |

VIEW & "space"-great to have room to move about. Attic was actually 2 rms (though we only a 'couple') with 3 settees/easy-chairs!. BIG bathroom.Cold buffet-breakfast included & good.Sights/river activity(if you put your head out the roof-top window!) Easy, interesting 40min walk to old & new town, but tram in front of door ( literally!) Small/intimate. Group may want separate toilet (inside BIG bathroom). View easier to access from NON-attic front rooms?. Bit noisy (must close window), especially trains on iron-bridge nearby. Hope bad smell from open sewer-works nearby is only temporary! Elevator at back of stair-well, aware several steps upto room, if have much heavy luggage. |

We found this hotel perfect for our requirements, ie location, view and excellent apartment.. was spacious and very clean and would recommend this hotel to everyone. would definitely come back again to this hotel A plus Only negative thing to say about this hotel would be the beds could be a little softer and have 2 pillows as the pillows were very flat..... |

the helpfulness of the receptionists,the view from our room,the comfy beds and the safe in the minibar plus the lovely breakfast and the location. not really, i think the morning breakfast staff could have been a little more cheerful,but thats being a little picky. |

Location good next to one of the tram stops. All needed amenities were in the room. Staff were helpful before arrival on giving directions to hotel by email. Quick responses. Buffet breakfast was what we expected - small but enough variety. Glad to see it included in the cost. There was no where to indicate preference of twin vs double room, so my husband and I ended up in a twin room with two twin beds on opposite walls. Be sure to specify this if you want something different. Once on site, we had a mixed bag with the reception staff - some friendly, some not. Agree with the comment on changing sheets during a four day stay - it didn't happen for us either. |

Very good location, close to the center of the Old City by tram, clean and quiet, with spacy rooms, clean bathroom with warm water all the time, quite good breakfast and friendly staff. They should had changed our sheets at least once during our 4 night staying. |

The personel was willing to help. The location was good, close to the center and public transportation. The comfort of the bed. Bed was too short for my size (1.90m) and pillow was very thin (I prefer bigger pillows). |
