I liked the quiet and friendly envoirement,it was fascinating the old building, esspecially the elevator - looks like my childhood. I like very much old buildings, and Prague is a "natural museum".

Everything was excellence ! I'd like to have a Valtava view room when I 'll came back!

Very good internet speed and perfect location.

The room consisted of 4 rooms and an entry area. Heaps of space for everyone. The location on the river was excellent within walking distance of all the sights of Prague, and for those that find it too far the tram stopped outside the door. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the hotel.

Good. It is located near at the tram station. So, we can easy go to the old town. Hotel people and services are very nice.

Need instructions re access by metro to location. Some local information - E.G. local restraurants and info on where public transport goes.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It was easy to get directons, transport tickets, etc. The location is handy to the old town but not noisy at all.

My only serious complaint is the water system. Showers are nice, but fixtures are very low quality. THe water pressure was terrible and there was no hot water during the morning when demand on the system was highest.

Wi-Fi and silence in the room.

Hot water sullpy was changeable, it wasn't sometimes. Room cleaning was middling. Soap and shampoo set was one for a week.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable.

Location is good, which is near the Tram station and in front of Vitava river with good view, especially on the top (5th) floor. Hotel staffs were very friendly and someone waited for us when we arrived late at 11pm (with pre-notification).

The room floors are located at split-levels with the elevator/lift, so you still need to carry your bags to your rooms (bring small luggages is preferred). Breakfast is included, but the served meats are only pork. Muslim travellers could only have options with omellete, pastries and corn-flakes.

The apartment was very spacious and had a feeling of grandeur.. Breakfast was good and the minbar items cost no more than in the shops.

It wasn't as near to the Charles Bridge / Castle as we had expected from the description. It could have been a little further along the river to the action but there were regular trams if you didn't want the walk which was pleasant anyway as it was along the riverside

Boli sme s ubytovaním veľmi spokojní. Izba čistá, personál milý, ochotný. Poloha hotela je výborná , minimálne sme využívali MHD, blízko bolo do centra i na všetky historické pamiatky. Radi sa tam opäť vrátime.

Nenašli sme nič negatívne.

отель замечательный, нам очень понравилось. просторный, уютный, комфортабельный номер, у нас были апартаменты для 4 человек с двумя спальнями, гостиной и кухней. вид из окна прелестный, тихо, не очень далеко от центра. персонал доброжелательный, всегда помогали решать любые проблемы, в том числе заказать экскурсии. на мой взгляд, оптимальное сочетание цены и качества. рекомендую этот отель.

не очень хорошо работала плита, но приноровиться можно.
