The hotel resembles more to a student hostel than a hotel, but it is clean and comfortable, very good connection to the city centre. Breakfast was served in the hotel on the opposite side of the street. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent qulity-price ratio. |

Quiet, comfortable room with facilities. Very clean. Kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery supplied in case you wished to bring back food. Good help yourself buffet breakfast. Polite and friendly staff. Very convenient for city. Tram stop less than 50 yards away, 2 stops to Hlavni Nadrazi, 3 to Masarykov (the two main railway stations), and 4 stops to Vaclavske Nameste. |

Breakfast was well prepared with a good selection on offer. Free internet was provided in both the lobby and the bedroom. The tram stop was directly outside the hotel (v. convenient). The hotel sold tram tickets (again convenient). The hotel accepted payment in Euros or Czech Crowns (further convenience). The manager was very welcoming. I was staying on the fourth floor and the elevator was out of order for all but one day of my stay. |

recent refurb, clean room, good breakfast, very good staff, close to tv tower (restaurant and panorama), tram stop outside, literally 5-10 mins by tram to centre (lots of trams) - very easy. address should be "golden hotel" which is opposite, as that's where you check in. bit noisy by the stairs/lift. I could have done with a bigger quilt! |

The hotel is comfortable, nice breakfast service, close to the tram station. The towels should be of better quality, and the bathrooms a little bit cleanear. |

The staffs in the cafe (for breakfast) and the sale manager are very nice + the food is fresh and good 1) Some of staffs in reception are unhelpful and rude to guests 2) the room service didn't include changing the linen daily unless you told them to do |

The staff was really nice and helpful Very loud area - trams and people are there all night long. The receprion desk/breakfast area are actually in a building across the street. |

Rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast is very handy. The location. The area is not the greatest. The hotel is next to a sex shop and an all night bar which makes noise all night. There are also road works going on outside the hotel currently. All of this combined, it leads to very little sleep. |
