Adorei o banheiro, com a banheira (com chuveiro) grande e muito limpa; também gostei demais da funcionária Veronica, q é extremamente gentil, além de ser profissional, e me sugeriu ir conhecer o castelo em Hluboká nad Vltavou, o q acabou sendo um programão.

Excellent value for money, especially given the amount of floor space, giant bathrooms, incredible extent of amenities... Great service and delightful staff, definitely beats most hotels.

Three breakfast options probably could use a little more variation, especially when they're billed extra.

Lovely accommodations. We are a mature couple traveling with our adult daughter and the spacious 2bedroom apartment was perfect. Just a very short walk to old town in one direction and the tram and bus stops in another.

No elevator so walk up three flights was tiring for us but once we had our luggage in the apartment the stairs were no problem.

New modern facility,very convenient location for tourists and business. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent value for price.

Superb quality accommodation with excellent facilities right in the heart of Ceske Budejovice where all the major sights of the town are easily accessible on foot. Right next to the Cerne Veze ( Black Tower) Staff excellent and extremely helpful.

Beautiful, large apartment, nice furnishings. It is very close to downtown and the square.

Parking is difficult due to how far it is away and the fact that there are lots of one way streets.

the apartement is well equipped and well maintened. the staff id kind and helpful. and it is located in the middle of town.

there is no elevator!!! and we had to climb 3 floors (many many stairs) to the apartement with the suitcases and 3 kids. This is something you must know and take into consideration when you book!

We booked accommodation in apartment where fridge is not working. It unacceptable for apartment.

The central location, only minutes away from the city main square, restaurants and pubs. Spacious, modern rooms, apartment-and home like studios. Definitely recommendable to others.

A breakfast restaurant, at least not open early morning. Elevator missing in some part of building complex.

An excellent reception from Jiri who met me and helped park the car and was very helpful in orientating. the location is good too, as was the reasonably priced breakfast in a cafe next door. the room was well appointed

Rooms are excellent, very friendly and helpfull staff. Location is excellent right in the middle of the old city centre.

One of the warmest welcome we've ever had! LARGE apartments. Very clean! Great quality/price ratio. It's located about 50 meters away from the town square. We would definitely like to stay here in the future whenever we visit České Budějovice.

We are not very demanding people but the breakfast wasn't so varied. Although the coffee was great!

The staff was awesome and the residence and location were perfect. We would definitely book again.

W e found the Apartment roomy and spacious. It was very convenient to the old center of town. Peter the host/manager was so helpful and polite. He eve helped us park our car in the parking lot. We would recommend this location to everyone. The breakfast was nice as well.

I booked a massive penthouse. It was very comfortable, very quiet and an excellent value for money.

As every else says, there seemed to be no lift. No problem for me but less fit guests could have trouble.

We stayed in a studio. The room was clean with all facilities we needed. Spacious bathroom with big bath and shower.

We had studio in the 1st floor with windows to the hall and one other small window to the courtyard where we could see only the wall.

We were going to stay at Cesky Kromlov, But decided to stay here instead and bus there for day, great choice, This hotel very modern staff had enough English and were extremly helpful, even advising us to get bus no (3) from train station in advance, great value.

Lift would be handy for travelers with large cases
