Pretty place whith a good service.

Wi-fi is very bad. It's not for modern people which has online life. Has a strange incident with an additional pay to the phone. It's had a happy end.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very organized, friendly and caring and we utterly enjoyed our stay. The place is exactly as it looks on the photographs! We originally booked a studio but because none happened to be free for our arrival, we were moved to one bedroom apartment as an apology, for the same price. The price was very low for the comfort the accommodation provides, even if it was only the studio. Belgicka is a wonderful place to stay in while exploring Prague and I would recommend it to anyone. I will happily stay there again when coming to Prague next time. A+++++ for the service, friendliness and the location. Thank you.

Nicely decorated and very spacious apartments on a quiet area of Prague (but full of bars and restaurants). Extremely kind, fast and helpful staff, good working wifi internet. Very cozy kitchen including even wine glasses. Just 300 mts away from a metro station and also from a 24h running tram stop.. It's one of those rare hotels on which it's extremely difficult to find something you don't like.

Parking is outside of the building some 50 mts away, this is not a problem on itself but the problem is that there's no place to park a few minutes the car to do the check in and get the parking keys. After just 30 secs parked with flashing lights in front of the hotel the police was already asking me to leave...

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, convenient location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the metro station within short walking distance. We were upgraded because we were honeymooners, that was greatly appreciated!

The change of sheets only once a week and towels twice a week.

beds were extremely comfortable room was a nice size with adequate cooking facilities if you wnted them..nice 15 minute walk into centre would stay again we were booking apartament at full price and then were rather lucky to be able to get it at a discount

Everything is ok, the rooms are basically new apartments. They are fully furnished, very clean, there is nothing missing inside. And the price is excellent, its close to half of the price you would pay for a hotel in the same area.

It is not true that the location is 10 minutes away from the center. Went by foot twice, it will take you aprox. 45 minutes.

The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish with enough storage. It was very quite also. (Our room was at the back of the building)

Mamaison supply Dove body and hand wash, so just the lack of dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid / clothes let it down. A tin opener would have been nice also. The picks on booking .com don’t match the rooms.

Nice room, spacious and comfortable. We liked the area since it was out of the tourist areas. Very nice restaurants close by. Easy access with the metro but it was a nice walk into the old city. It was nice to be able to use the sauna.

Breakfast for 10 euros was a rip off. Not worth it. You can eat a better and cheaper breakfast in the restaurants just around the corner. Be clear and ask for confirmation with the staff when you book taxi or breakfast.

хорошие, уютные апарты, все есть, все продумано. метро рядом, но мы до центра пешком с пятилетним ребенком доходили. в подвале есть бильярд

номер забронировали, по описанию букинга, с гостинной. при заезде нас заселили в маленький номер. когда я показала бронь и попросила хотя бы дать кроватку для ребенка, нас любезно переселили в другой номер - с диваном. при выезде за это сняли 80 евро...

Come a casa tua.

Los apartamentos son tal y como vienen en las fotos, son nuevos. Es bastante cómodo, tienes todo lo necesario...cocina, nevera, televisión, equipo de música...está todo muy limpio, son amplios, exteriores y tienen mucha luz...En el apartamento que estuvimos nosotros teníamos dos baños!!.El personal es muy amable.

La ubicación, está bastante retirado del centro, aunque tiene parada de metro a unos 10 min andando.

номера гостиницы оставляют желать лучшего... не понравилось все: неудобная постель,после которой три дня болела шея и спина... в номерах не было ни тапочек, ни халата, ни воды... Но больше всего удивила инструкция, которую давали при заселении, где сказано, что постель и полотенца меняют лишь раз в неделю, а если желаете раньше, то это стоит 15 евро... Мы жили два дня, уборки в номере ни разу не было.

Hotel położony 2 stacje metra (to dla leniwych) lub 35 minut spokojnego spaceru od głównych atrakcji turystycznych Pragi. Pokój duży, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i szybkie wifi - to główne zalety. W poblizu hotelu są sklepy i 2 godne polecenia restauracje (włoska Grosseto i czeska Mlsnej Kocour) - pyszne jedzenie, mniej ludzi niż na Starówce i ceny bardzo przystępne.

Większa dbałość o czystość by nie zaszkodziła

Tout est parfait ! Conforme aux descriptions du site. C'est vraiment exceptionnel d'un point de vue rapport qualité-prix !
