The location near the center and lots of interest points without too many noyse around it There are no "social areas" in the hotel where we can stay for a while, and the internet conection only wors in the reception that is a windy bulding entrance. |

The accomodation was spacious and centrally situated. The heating was set on full and we had to leave the windows open to be able to survive. (outside 10 degrees C and inside 35 degrees C.) The reception on the day of departure was questionable. We were parked in (in the hotels parking) and the attitude was that I should resolved the problem myself. |

Location at this price seems to be competitive Prices are inflated from the rates on the site by conversion to czech currency at low rates + you'll have to ask reception for dishes, pans and pots as the kitchen's virtually empty |

There was a problem with the heating which i reported within 15 minutes of arrival, the problem was not fixed during our 5 night stay. Toilet tissue was in the room on arrival but on the subsequent 4 days we had to get our own from the maids supply cupboard or request it from reception as it was not supplied as a matter of course. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. Since parking is a problem on the street, it was helpful to have the garage and this hotel charged less for parking than others we had checked. If you are looking for basic, clean accommodations this is the place to go. |

The Location of hotel, Space in apartment, I asked for a double bed and received two singles pushed together. |

The location in the Old Town and close to the Charles Bridge was terrific. Hot water intermittent. And a comfortable chair or Sofa would have been appreciated. |

The staff were excellent, very friendly and informative. The apartment was clean when we got there, the kitchen was particularly spotless. The location was absolutely fantastic for sightseeing The breakfast buffet - the staff here seemed eager to get rid of you, at one point they took our plates away while we were still eating. The breakfast food was mediocre.There was very little in the way of cooking utensils (only 2 knives and a spoon) when we arrived but other items were provided next day on request. |
