This is a great place to stay when visiting Prague. It's a five minute walk to the old town and other historical sites as well as modern shopping stores. They even let us keep our car in their garage for a couple extra hours after we checked out! The Hotel is a great value and I'll stay there again. The breakfast is somewhat bland compared to what I've seen in Germany, but it's good enough to get you started in the morning. |

The location is the hotels major asset. The room was reasonable and the price was good. An elevator was a worthwhile bonus. The lobby opened directly to the street and there seemed to be a lot of people going in and out. The receptionist seemed to hand out keys to whomever called out a room number. The vault like doors (multiple dead bolt locks) made one wonder just how safe it was. |

Location was fanastic, we walked everywhere. Rooms were very large and would be fantastic for families. Breakfast was pretty average. Would be nice to have normal english tea, as opposed to just earl grey. There was no iron in the room, so we got one from reception (no ironing board at all) and the entire wiring was exposed. The staff just suggested we be careful! Someone could electrocute themselves, so we informed reception but they werent bothered. Also had to ask a couple of times for someone to come and fix a blown light in the bathroom. Overall though, it was a good hotel. |

Located in the very center of town. 2 elevators, and a spacious parking garage. Offers nice price, but has some disadvantages.... Breakfeast is just terrible, without fresh orange juice, not enough space for hotel guests,.... The room we had (for 4 people) had no sitting area, just 2 bedrooms. Notting in the kitchen (we lacked even enough glasses). Jacuzzi has to be booked, and when we wanted to, it was unavailable for an entire day.... |

Good location Rude young woman on reception, grotty foyer and lift, room very basic, no blinds on the windows, torn, dirty see-thru curtains, a kitchen with no glasses, sups, plates, cutley, pans etc. |

Extremely convenient, in the heart of Prague, a walk away from St Charles bridge, the river, old district and wonderful restaurants. Underground safe parking at a reasonable price. Kitchenette workable and apartment held all five of us (with teenage boys) comfortably. Given the location, price and facilities (kitchen, parking, internet, apt), this hotel was by far the best deal in Prague (a very difficult city in which to find good deals!). Long distance phone calls to NA allowed at reasonable fixed rates. Very basic rooms with some visible wear but clean. Apartment was really a one bedroom with three beds in the livingroom area (no couch), but also fine as we spent most of our time in the town sightseeing. Great to have wireless internet but only available in the lobby. Despite evidence to the contrary, one woman on the reception was a little brusque suggesting we had not booked (through Booking.com) for three children (or asked for an extra bed), but this was straightened out quickly. |

Location, Breakfast and helpfullness of staff Internet connection was poor in our room (we had to go to the lobby to get good reception). We also had a stove but no cookware. The dishes we did have were still wet. |

Very good location, easy access pretty much to anywhere in downtown Prague Breakfast was poor and the parking is complicated because each time you have to borrow the remote control from the reception to access the garage, which is situated at the back of the building |

The location is close to all the major city sites. The lack of locks on bathroom doors even though we requested that there be locks this time and also the plumbing in the shower/bathroom, washers were broken and not replaced and therefore the shower was squirting water everywhere, this has been the same on my last 3 visits to the Bologna |

View of the castle... No WiFi on the 6th floor even though promised, floors dirty black, locks to the balcony not working, drain in the bathtub could not be closed, stains on sofas so numerous and large that it was repulsive |
