The location is really good, in city center. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom good. Breakfast was ok. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the parking. On the website it is nowhere mentioned that the parking costs 25euros per day, which changes a lot the price of the staying for the night. The personel at the front desk was not helpful, first the surprise with the parking price and than wouldn't let us stay one hour longer in the parking the next day after the check-out, even though there were 10 places free - we had to leave at noon sharp, even though we came previous day at evening. Wifi isn't working on the 4th floor where we were, had to reach 1st floor to browse the internet on the hotel's corridor.

The trip to Prague was my gift to my daughter whose own daughter will be finishing her university studies at the Anglo-American University of Prague. My daughter was over-whelmed with the suite we had for the two nights of our stay. It was spacious-a huge living area with an 80 cm tv, cd player, a large master bedroom which she colonised immediately and a smaller one for me. The bathroom was ultra-modern and large. The suite was located on the 6th floor had a balcony of about 10 meters long and it provided wonderful top views of the castle and the churches of old town. The hotel was in a very quiet elegant residential area and within minutes of shopping and the wonderful Charles bridge. The only complaint I have, and it is really more of a suggestion, is the breakfast fare. Rather than having a very large variety of cakes and sweet breads, I would have preferred a selection of cheese, sausages and eggs. Nevertheless, the breakfast room was charming. Lastly, the ambience of the hotel was enhanced by many antique pieces of furniture throughouot the floors and especially in the room we occupied (603). For my next visit I will select room 601 which provides a more spectacular view.

We arrived at Residence Bologna and couldn't believe how close it was to the Charles Bridge, we therefore assumed we'd paid for location and not for the hotel. But we were wrong, we only paid 105Euros for 3 nights and the hotel was brilliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and really spacious and the bathroom facilities were great. I would definitely stay here again and reccommend it to anyone visiting the city. The breakfast was only OK, but for the price of the hotel was good value. Also, there were quite a lot of loud people staying at the hotel but that's nothing the hotel can help.

The location of the hotel was excellent--being the main reason I chose it. The breakfast each morning was a little boring after six days, but otherwise it was satisfactory. The hotel and street were relatively quiet, and the bathroom facilities were satisfactory as well. The little kitchenette was very nice, and very convenient. The bathroom was a typical European bathroom, but otherwise good. The desk staff was also very accommodating when we needed a cab to the airport--very much appreciated. The hotel advertised in large letters on the front window, 'WiFi', but it left out that one had to be on the first floor. The salon/lounge did not have sufficient electrical outlets for charging my laptop, and the hall way by the front desk was always filled with cigarette smoke. Also, the housekeeping team did not leave toilet paper, and we had to ask on two occassions. Not good. That should be a no-brainer. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I would remind them to take their own toilet paper, and to not expect the convenience of using thier computers or tablets in thier rooms.

We complained as f/f & gas cooker not working, tv not converted for english, towels only changed every 3 days unless you paid extra,& you are not informed of this until arrival, also bedding not changed only every 6 days, no crockery or kettle available and this is an appartment. Offered another room but also stove not working and no balcony, we eventually got to speak to owner on the phone on thursday evening as we were going out, not prepared to offer any refund, change to another room offered on day we were out until late at a wedding no point in changing for one day as we were leaving sunday.

Ok the breakfast was poor because there wasn't enough for example there was only tea and some bread and there wasn't even a toast bread. We had to pay money for changing the pillows and other things in the room and the beds of the room were old and were making sounds.

The hotel is really close to everything. The servers were really rude at breakfast. They didn't wait until we've finished our breakfast. At 10:30 they took away everything (even from our table).

The service was very good. Breakfast buffet was good, I loved the chocolate flavored muesli. The location was perfect. Near the astronomical clock, old town square, karluv most- charles bridge. Plenty of restaurants around. Taxi from train station is only 12 euros. Just tell the front desk and they will arrange it for you. The room that we got was big.

Making room reservation it was not clear that we have to book parking space separately. So we didn't get one. It's a huge problem in Prague to park the car.

Facilities and equipment are considerably comfortable. Its cheap and is worth with the fees. Some of the staff are not friendly enough. While we were asking for information, one of the staff made us wait as he was taking a cigarette break. Another female staff has serious problems while we were told to paid for our hotel fees. She were trying to take more from us without calculate the money properly.

The parking is way too expensive at the hotel, 25EUR/day. Instead check the local parking lots in Prague, I have found one for 290 czk / day (11eur / day). We did not even tried the breakfast, just went to Coffe cp9, which is on the other side of the street. Very nice breakfast was there. From this: Szobafelszereltség: ülősarok, fűtés, zuhany, fürdőkád, hajszárító, hidromasszázskád, WC, fürdőszoba, telefon, DVD-lejátszó, műholdas TV, főzőfülke, ébresztő-szolgáltatás/ébresztőóra, erkély There was NO: fürdőkád, hidromasszázskád, műholdas TV, főzőfülke. There was no kitchenette or kitchen AT ALL.
