Location is definitely outstanding! Staff was excellent. Stefano was very charming as well as the woman who checked us in, can't remember her name, and helped arrange our sightseeing tours. All in all, it was the front desk staff who made our stay truly special.
Near the centre of things and clean & comfortable. A good little bar and dining room - the included breakfast was very good for the money.
There were hordes of students staying on two of our evenings, with the late night noise one could expect from them!
the pillows were hard and the sheets felt like a very course cotton but it was fine after a couple of nights
Hotel Bologna walking distance to all tourist sites in Prague, close to tram stops to castle. Charles Bridge which is 3 mins away. Breakfast of yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausages toast etc. cant wait to return. Well recommended 10 out of 10
Nothing to report here ! no complaints at all Restaurant excellent ! apartment excellent ! comfort excellent ! so you see nothing to complain about at all
Trying to check in with the entrance door constantly opening & blowing all my documents over the counter!
We requested for a double bed but they gave us twin beds.
The location is its big plus, well worth the money. Excellent restaurant and overall atmosphere. We will come back.
Nothing to dislike
Loved the location. Hotel staff very nice and friendly. Central location
Hotel was a bit dated, booked a double bed got two singles pushed together. It was very annoying as bed are on wheels, but even with that.. i would stay again - highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!
can't beat the location. with a large buffet breakfast. well worth the money. recommended.
As central as it can get. We arrived about 7am and were able to check in right away. The desk clerk could not have been more accomodating and polite. We loved the hotel lounge area and the internal restaurant. Would gladly go back.
The location is close to everything. You can walk to most of the major attractions.
Location is good, value for money is fair.
Two single beds instead of one double. Worse beds than on the pictures. Windows had chinks in which you could put a finger - which resulted in fresh air and noise from the street. Towels were not changed, bed was not always done by housekeeping. Do not take rooms on the 5th floor - they are the worst.
The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was very nice. I liked the kitchen too (except some utensils everything was clean). WIFI was good.
the receptionist was bit rude. Bathroom door cannot be closed. TV was not working properly (I could only hear one channel the rest were just bizarre). Hot water was not coming properly for the entire day but the next day it was good. shower holder was broken. some kitchen utensils were not clean and they didn't provide any brush to clean our self.
Location and breakfast.
The door handles in the room kept falling off, as well as the towel holder in the bathroom. The bathroom also smelled of sewer. Other than that, the location was great and the staff were generally friendly.. although one person working during rush hour is too chaotic. Took a long time to be assisted and the hallway got really crowded.
It was a bit cold in the room all the time of staying, everything else was perfect.
Cheap with a great location.
The knobs of the windows were lacking so we could not close the windows.
The room is quite spacious, well furnished and well maintained.
some noise from the outside during the night (which is usual for that district) - the windows looked on the street in my case. Walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors.
Breckfast was good with good variety.Bedroom was very clean.Bar staff very friendly & food very good.
Room was very dated noting like the pictures.Red old carpet in the room.Mdf white furniture, fridge didn't work.kettle & cups in the room but no tea, coffee or milk supplied.Satalite tv supposed to be in the room but old tv with only chek channels. You could hear the conversation & other noises from a joining rooms.view from the window was of scaffolding from ground to roof. Was sorry i hadn't checked the room before paying as i would have checked out immediately.complained immediately but was told the 2nd floor heating wasn't working so all that floor was closed & they would look into moving us the next day but as you can imagine we never heard another word. The receptionist had perfect english until i had a problem with the room.Hotel best avoided...
best situated withing the city center, yet quiet. it's very well worth the money. great breakfast and service. wouldn't know why it's priced so low.
Large rooms (included separate kitchen and living room).
Light detectors in halls a bit dodgy. Somehow you walk in darkness half the time.
Location is hard to beat for the price. Our room was, well, roomy. Huge breakfast. Stefano and Juliana at the reception were exquisite and went out of their way to please us. The restaurant on the premises is kind of anonymous but serves top notch Italian food.
Location is perfect. In the middle of old town. It is worth for money
Restaurant does not except credit card. Noice from other rooms comes easily
very good location good breakfast
1) window frame was partialy broken so it was possible to stick fingers out. In January this meant room was quite cold. Had to use rolled towel to fix the frame and reduce cold air intake. 2) very poor soundproofing. You can hear just about everything happening in the next room. 3) room cleaning was a bit relaxed. Didn't wash glasses even once during the week.
