Excellent location, staff helpful at front desk, plentiful food at breakfast, very clean and well maintained.
Thin duvets, beds not made up on a daily basis.Neighbouring rooms not sound proof, can hear neighbours talking.
The location and staff were good. Good value for the money.
it was becoming cooler outside (end of Sep), but the heat was not turned on yet. Room could have been a bit warmer...or another blanket maybe. Bed not real good, but was ok.
Location, Breakfast Staff
Nothing, may be a little expensive
They gave us a BIG upgrade to our room because it was off season. We had a mini kitchen and a second bedroom.
The location was good. Quiet corner of the old town.
Staff was unfriendly and not welcoming. Bedsheets were very hard, felt like sleeping under a potato bag. Wifi super slow.
friendly staff at reception
Easy walk to most of the significant sights around Old Town Prague. One would almost call our room a suite, it had a lounge room with a dining table, a large bedroom, two bathrooms & a private balcony. The breakfast is quite good but it is best to get in early to beat the crowds.
The hot water in one of the bathrooms was hard to get a consistent temperature. Wi-Fi is slow & can't be used for FaceTime. To reach our room we had to walk outside, after rain a large pool formed & my wife slipped over, when we reported the problem they did sort it out but did not even apologise to my wife who could have sustained injury. Thankfully she did not.
Location, breakfast timings, hotel facilities and taxi service from hotel to the airport
Inspite of asking for double bed twice (while booking) we got twin beds, wifi was poor, Inspite of hanging the tag to clean our room...it wasn't so we had to complain n got it made up the next day..
It was close to everything we needed to see Hotel had very good taxi service to train station which cost 300krn Very quite even though. Big hotel. Very good breakfast
great hotel for the price. Very close to Charles Bridge
Very nice Location, view is great as well
Bath glass is falling apart
No lift at the reception level- this makes it a little bit less accessible for families with pram, even more for disabled. Otherwise all good.
Location is really good. It has parking. Breakfast good enough to start the day with. Internet works well in the room. Staff were accommodating our needs.
Holder for the shower was broken, so you couldn't hang up the shower head. The parking in the underground garage involves going up and down a very steep hill and some very, very tight corners (and we had a Clio!). There was, however, a guy there who helped us, but is he always there? The breakfast, while offering a large selection (incl. scrambled eggs, sausages, different types of cakes, cereals, yogurts) is low quality food. The automatic coffee maker does not make a great cappuccino at all. The juice is of the water and sugar added ("nectar") variety.
Location is very good , breakfast also was more than satisfactory .
Rooms on the 5th floor has partial glass ceiling and lot of light during summer night in the room . Thankfully we managed to change the room after lot of persuation .
Within walking distance to Charles Bridge, Old town square and Wenceslas square. Breakfast was huge! Great value for the money.
The proximity to the major sites, the breakfast, the restaurant of the Hotel.
Very convenient for the money.
As much as you walk around, the hotel is always closeby.
The welcoming staff is the real added value of this hotel. I had just a one-night stay but I liked it all, especially the antique mobilia. Ample choice at breakfast.
Everything was fine.
not good management
nothing at all.
the staff where not helpful,no cable t.v. no remote for aircon always to cold.or room was to hot. poor for the price 65 eruo's a night.shower was poor.breakfast was also poor.never go here again.,staff never smile or say thank you.very poor hotel don't stay here go somewhere else.
Location is as good as it can get and the room was very tastefully decorated and spacious. The fresh fish specialties in the Italian restaurant.
Raspolozhenine, parking available
Terraces are not separated from each other, can not be uedenitsya-you seem to those who live nearby, it is a minus!
Traveling with extra bags -we needed a spacious room. The room was great for this. It was also quiet. Great location to walk to most sites! Good view from room on 5th floor! Refrigerator in room so that you didn't need to eat out all the time.
Bathroom was small and shower too. Would have loved a tub!
