I liked that the staff was easy going and informative. The reservation was fast and they were able to get us a room right away. It was pretty much hassle free and the staff at reception were very nice and helpful.

I think that the beds themselves were sort of outdated in terms of the mattresses- not comfortable and not at all modern in the style for what we paid per night. It was clean but really needs modernization and an updating.

Some of the receptionists eagerness to assist. The room was not as pictured but still acceptable. The on premises parking was a pleasure.

The breakfast was dismal but still edible. No fire extinguishers or emergency warnings, exits and numbers displayed.

The owner is great, the staff are polite and kind. They also have a couple of parking spaces which are without a doubt the cheapest in Prague

Location was excellent

We booked an apartment, but found we had a bathroom and three other
rooms which just seemed to have an odd collection of furniture (5 beds
in total in our double, two without mattresses). "Kitchenette" was a
fridge in the lounge, one glass, about a dozen saucers and an odd
assortment of cutlery (no sink, kettle, etc.).

The room was very nice - lots of room and nicely appointed. Great view! The staff are locals and very helpful. They are straight forward and honest; don't mistaek that for anything other than the local approach to dealing with business. Very ggod place to stay!

Could have been a bit cleaner!! But nothing I couldn't live with and I am a bit fussy.

Very centrally situated being able to walk and/or take tram journeys to see Prague. The Apartment was excellent giving wonderful view over the city,

Guests should be requested to bring their own kettle, and/or coffee machine. We actually bought a coffee machine with us, so no problem.

Cars, music and peoble talking was very clear in the room and we did'nt get much sleep.

location

hotel building is being remodeled. There was constant hammering and metal cutting throughout the weekend, starting at 7am, even on Sunday.
