Residence U Cerneho OrlaMostecka 11, Prague 01, 118 00 Prague (Show map) Wonderful, Score from 124 reviews“This was out best European stop by far. The hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel was ideally located just a few steps from the famous Charles Bridge, and also minutes from the Prague Castle. We were basically in walking distance of all the tourist and historic attractions. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. ”

Ok wifi in the room for free. Clean and nice bathroom. I am sorry but It is not a 4 ***** at all. There is no lobbie where you can stay or meet people. No elevator if you have lot of bagages if a problem to go in the room. Reception only 7am to 7pm. The pillows are really really bad. I was there for 4 nights... Basically you just have the room and the breakfast.

We have one of our best staying abroad, the hotel was wonderful, the location is the best!!! The design and the atmosphire of the hotel was amazing. It was a very lovely staying... We enjoyed alot!!! Thank u The only "bad" thing was that the hotel doesnt realy have a conssierge and they werent very proffesional about they answers about the city, sigets, transportation. If you are staying in the hotel just bring a book about prague and get by your self.

The location of the hotel was great, only a minute walk to the Charles Bridge. The room was well heated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. For the price this hotel is fantastic. The only negative I had is that the reception was not 24 hours, but this wasn't really a problem.

For the price you won't find a better located, friendly hotel. The rooms were excellent and if you choose to eat in the food is very good too. If we ever go back to Prague we'l definately stay here again.

The proximity to the city is very good. The inside is worth to see, for instance the painted ceiling. Nice place to stay in Prague.

The location is excellent, staff is friendly, although the room into the closed backyard is not a good solution; luckily, my son did not complain and I had the room with a view into the streets which were surprisingly quiet in the night. The parking facility is a bit complicated but adequate considering the location. The price of the parking is quite high.

Staff very responsive, good atmosphere, great location with easy access to castle and quiet streets. 100M from Charles Bridge so very convenient for Old Town also. Breakfasts are first class and tend to avoid a need for lunch. Can still be a little noisy if in a front room. Getting luggage up three floors can be tricky as no lift.

The room was great. We arrived very late but had to warn a person waiting for us. Bathrobe only on the first day after another fail to deliver. Slippers had not. Breakfast had to choose between a type 6. I did not like. Bed very hard.

The room was much better and larger than we expected. Although the building is over 700 years old it has been nicely updated. Also, the complementary breakfast and hotel restaurant was excellent. We would stay here again! Our room was decorated with a battle axe hanging above our bed and a crossbow by the door- perfect for surviving a zombie apocalypse, but not so great if you need to create a romantic mood.

The rooms are beautifully furnished and the location is second to none - right at the corner of Charles Bridge! Nothing major, however there was no communication with us that we had to check in before 7pm. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 9pm and the door was locked (as it always is for security, you need a keycard to buzz yourself in). We didn,t know this and thought we were sleeping on the street! The man saw us from the restaurant next door, as he is also the waiter, and let us check in so it all worked out fine in the end.

Our "aristocratic" room was not huge, but it was comfortable. We loved the atmosphere and decor. The breakfast, served in the cafe, was fabulous! Made fresh and more than we could eat. The complimentary fruit plate, mineral water and robes gave a real touch of luxury! For a short visit to Prague, the location can't be beat: right next to Charles Bridge. We would gladly stay here again. No lift.
