Right in the centre of Prague, this charming hotel is just a few metres away from Prague’s historic Charles Bridge and the most important sights of the Golden City.

The hotel is situated on the Royal Route along which Czech royalty once approached Prague Castle. Nowadays it offers excellent access to all of the city’s bars, restaurants, shops, museums and art galleries. Explore the beautiful, historic sights of this wonderful city and relax in this peaceful hotel. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a complimentary fruit bowl, an assortment of chocolates and a bottle of mineral water.

On the first floor there is a laptop with internet access which is available for guests' use free of charge. The 24-hour reception desk provides a range of DVDs for free.

A buffet or à-la-carte breakfast is served in the hotel’s Gothic cellar Ludwig from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends. The restaurant is open from 11:00 until 23:00 and serves a range of traditional Czech and international cuisine.

For those who prefer a lie-in, breakfast can also be served in guests’ rooms between 10:00 and 11:00.

Room information

The hotel offers 12 non-smoking rooms. 11 double rooms and one luxurious air-conditioned imperial suite. The imperial suite has a small kitchen area with stove, kettle, fridge, a full set of kitchen utensils and a dishwasher. It also has a living room with a leather sofa bed, a stereo set, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a statue of Saint Florian.

All rooms have a satellite TV with LCD screen, a DVD player, free wireless internet access, dressing gowns, slippers and feature solid oak furniture.

Area information

The hotel is situated in the heart of Prague’s Lesser Town, just a few steps from the famous Charles Bridge. All of Prague’s historic attractions are within walking distance – Prague Castle, Loreta Chapel and Strahov Monastery. Nearby are the National Theatre, the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square.

Prague’s nightlife and its famous bars and nightclubs are just a few metres from the hotel.

Very charming hotel with a lot of character and great location. Excellent value for money.

cleaness - friendly staff - decor

Excellent staff, small gifts (fruit bowl, plate of chocolates) appeared on table while we were out for dinner and the excellent location - you step out of the hotel door and you are basically on the Charles' bridge. I would choose it again.

missing AC in our room could be a problem in hot summer nights

Very nice location and clean.

The hotel rate by charging to Euro on their own hotel rate is a ripping off the customer when you pay by credit card. I never have seen this any other places. This way the rate becomes 12% more. Hotel with 4 star should have a refrigerator and tea set in the room.

The room was fine and very clean. Kind reception staffs. The room which we reserved didn't face to the main street so that it was very silent, in spite of its comfortable location.

The breakfast was a bit boring for a longer stay, although the taste was very nice.

We liked the rooms.

Hotel does not have elevator and staff to help us to climb our luggages. The staff was not really helpfull to do reservations.

Very good location, all staff at Hotel and transfer drivers made us very welcome. On the day of my wife's birthday hotel presented complementry bottle of sparkling wine which was very nice. We would recomend to our family & friends.
