Fantastic one of the best hotels we have stayed in.staff couldn't, t do enough for us, rooms were spotless, cosy tea and coffe replenished every day. Breakfast set us up for the day. Would defiantly stay here again and would recommend it to others
Location. Friendly staff. Nicely furnished room. DVD player. Very nice selection of themed breakfasts.
Paid parking is 5 minute's walk fro hotel. No lift. Bed a bit too soft.
Location, Staff, helpfullness, large room for the cost, excellent breakfast
No elevator, can be a little noisy with windows open if you have a front facing room, but view makes up for that minor inconvenience. A balcony would have made it a five star hotel.
Really central without feeling too busy. Breakfast and staff were the best.
The staff were very helpful. The room was clean, cosy and tastefully decorated. The position was as good as you could ask for. It is a small friendly family run hotel.
No lift to our floor at the top! Can't book food or drinks to your room from the restaurant. You have to pay at the time which we found unusual.
One of the most charming places in Prague - 3 minutes from the Charles bridge, nearby a tram and underground station. Well equiped and well kept, clean rooms with stylish furniture, love of detail. Unique painted ceilings. Delicious served breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. I will definitelly come back.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room lived up to expectations. The restaurant was comparable with the best in Europe, highly recommend the food there. Location perfect so close to Charles bridge and in a relatively quite area. Lots of character in the building
Housekeeping was a little below standard, also shampoo and conditioner not provided. There are no communal areas and reception is tiny.
Nice location nearby Charle's bridge by walk just one minute. Good kinds of breakfast . Starff is very kindly. The bed is comfortable.
The Hotel is situated in the best part of town, near of : Castle, Bridge, Petrin Hill. The rooms are big with comfortable bed.
Great location Interesting building Well maintained facility Nice staff
Parking Split queen mattress and blanket
The hotel was booked as my wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel was perfect and in a great location just literally a couple of minutes from Charles Bridge and not far into the centre.
nothing, only the fact we had to come home!
Great location - just few minutes from bridge and easy to walk everywhere. Room was well appointed, large and welcoming. Very helpful staff and nice breakfast. Highly recommend!
The front desk guy was very friendly and helpfull. The mattress was extremely comfortable.
There is no elevator
everything。good location, great breakfast, nice room, and helpful reception. Thanks, Nico!
The staff were very helpful, the food was excellent, the position was excellent, the room beautiful and comfortable. Many thanks to Nicoleta, Michael and Peter.
Excellent location right at the end of Charles Bridge below the castle with easy access to both sides of the city. The receptionist, Nikoletta, was extremely helpful and full of suggestions. The room was comfortable with good WiFi.
On one morning they had a sewage problem so the sewage truck came at 7 am and parked below our window to blow the pipes out, so it was a bit noisy. We didn't really hear much street noise, but the interior walls of the hotel allow for the transfer of children's cries. They have ear plugs at reception if you need them. The rooms at the back might be a better option if you're sensitive to noise or like to wake up late.
Comfortable bed, quiet but central location, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely shower room.
Breakfast not buffet style. No lift. Otherwise nothing
Very helpfull and friendly staff, very cleen, very good breakfest. Location is very central, next to the Karlov bridge (which is convenient but makes it a bit noisy at night..)
It's not a big problem but the building is such that you can here people walking in the room above you.
absolutely charming place! stylish, classy, timeless, where even a waiter looks like an university professor! highly recommended!
Location-it can't be beaten Beautiful bedroom and bathroom Very clean and confortable The staff are really kind and polite When I come back to Prague for shure I'll stay there again.
Nothing!!! but if you've problems with stairs, You shouldn't stay there.
location atmosphere attention to detail fantastic breakfast
Very helpful staff, especially the young woman at the reception was amazing!
Ecclectic collection of old irons, mugs and various other things somehow spoils the atmosphere. In my opinion, the hotel corridors resemble antique market.
The staff were attentive, the room was lovely and well equipped, and I looked forward to the delicious French breakfast, which I ordered almost every morning of my stay. Our room was always quiet, the shower was roomy and modern, and the hotel decor was lovely. I greatly appreciated the things for making tea in our room.
The mattress in our Noble room was just horrible. Way too hard, and I awoke every morning stiff as a board. I'd read on the hotel's web site that it prides itself on its ultra comfortable Hastens beds, but I didn't read closely enough: Those are found only in the Royal and Imperial rooms. The hotel should upgrade the mattresses in the Noble rooms as well. I stayed at cheaper places on my trip that had far more comfortable beds.
The gentleman who runs the restaurant was particularly kind. We were characteristically late to breakfast yet he served with a smile. Some of the best food we had in Prague.
Wifi was poor, but that didn't affect us too much, as we spent most of each day wandering the city. The area is a noisy one since you're right on the end of the Charles bridge.
