Each luxuriously appointed suite is furnished with period furniture and beautiful wooden ceilings that still retain the amazing original hand-painted decoration. Each suite is air conditioned, with LCD TV, DVD and CD players, and many other amenities.
Each suite is uniquely and individually decorated with its own colour scheme and style. The suites are each named after a famous historical figure from Prague’s past. One suite has a terrace with superb views of the castle and its surroundings.

Quiet, historic area. Warm rooms. Taxi service on time and helpful. Despite booking a double room three months prior to visit, allocated a twin room with beds pushed together. Furthermore only two other sets of guests staying at same time in the building, however staff stated that there were no double rooms available !! Also guests booking a standard room should be aware that these rooms are not the ones pictured on websites. After reading previous reriew was not expecting much of the breakfast, but did not expect stale bread and pastries or that the same left over meat and cheese ( dried out) be placed out each day, unable to bring this to staffs attention as none present in breakfast room. the only thing four star about this hotel was the prices of the mini bar. |

Large suite with an extra bedroom; beautiful bath, and four-poster bed in the master suite with a large wardrobe and chevron-patterned wood floors. Outside the room corridors, snow fell to the ground and pigeons roosted on the eaves... Magical Prague. It is more of a pension than a hotel but very nice and econonical especially compared to hotels in Paris or London. |

The hotel was situated in a lovely area of the City. The room was large and attractively furnished. However, the lovely four poster bed was slightly spoilt by a mattress that was too hard. The bathroom was spacious but we were disappointed that the water in the shower was only luke warm most of the time. |

Pieceful neighbourhood, excellent location. I arranged a taxi transfer, but no-one was in the airport to pick me up. Then got a really expencive taxi. However the hotel compensated the difference, so what ends good is good |

Could not be located closer to the castle. Very tastefully decorated room with large TV. It had a couch and chairs. Bathroom was clean and modern, heat worked efficiently. Wonderful ceiling, but not original. It needed a desk and lacked internet in the room. It was available in the lobby which was not convenient. I need the internet everyday. |

Excellent location - just in the heart of the tourist center of Prague. I was able to walk to every famous sight which is a "must see" in this city. I would also love to mention a polite and supportive hotel staff. It was cold in the room, and therefore, I didn't feel myself comfortable enough to stay inside. I would also recommend to have slippers in each room, at least during cold periods of the year (autumn and winter). |

it was a quiet room. breakfast was quite nice. on arrival we were told we were lucky to have a room. not the reception i would expect after paying in full up front for a room! apparently there were issues with some of the rooms and other guests had to stay elsewhere. Also the hot water was not hot so it took forever to run a bath. The tv did not work properly and we asked reception to look at it but they couldn't fix it either. As we had booked a double executive we were expecting a 4 poster bed - instead we got a mezzanine - two singles pushed together - we were in Kafta room. Beds were comfortable though. |

Rooms were spatious, very clean and service impeccable. The hotel has very good charm and is located minutes away from Prague's castle. Great value for money Breakfast is good but there is room for improvement |

I loved the comfort of the room and location close to the Castle area. Lovely couches and new amenitites. Too far of distance from the metro and train stations. To get to the hotel you have to walk a far distance up hill. |

Could not fault this hotel, we booked a delux double but on arrival found that we had been allocated the honeymoon suite as we were there to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Breakfast was a buffet and had something for everyone, the rooms were large and water hot and plentyful. Perhaps as someone else had commented a kettle would not go amiss. Planning to return to see Prague in the snow and would definitey return to this hotel with my two teenage daughters. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. |

The location was ok, only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. The hotelroom was large and the beds were ok. The bathroom was not ok. The shower was really bad en and bathroom wasn't very clean. We have complained about it. |
