The Green Lobster is simply amazing, I would challenge you to find better value for money, comfort and helpfullness of staff anywhere. Ideally situated within easy walking distance of the castle, charles bridge and wencelas square.
Superb location, and beautiful spacious rooms with lovely furniture.
Wi-fi came and went
liked the view,room was specious.
the bed was hard, there was no bar facilities(only mini bar).stairs were a bit awkward.
The staff were very helpful. The location was very good next to the castle, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was spectacularly spacious and very quiet.
Climbing the hill ti the hotel was a bit tedious. Would not recommend for older people or people with walking difficulties.
Good location to visit Prague castle, Charles bridge and old town square.
On the second floor, the stairs to go down was very steep.I almost fell, was lucky that I wans't drunk.
Bad Comfort in the bathroom, no food, no bar, useless Internet opportunity, incompetent staff, extra senseless costs for parking, I should pay three days although I stayed only two. Parking to far away
We highly recommend the Green Lobster, especially the deluxe rooms. We stayed in the bridal suite as we were on our honeymoon and it was sumptuous and lovely. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is located a stone's throw from Prague Castle and is on a quaint street with tons of small shops and dining options. Plus, the free wifi was so convenient!
Everything was lovely! Our only suggestion would be that a little wastebasket for the bedroom would have been nice. Thank you for a beautiful stay!
The location was super!! Just under Prague castle and 5 minutes walking from Carols bridge.
We arrived at Green lobster at 9.30pm At this time there is no receptionist at the “Luxury hotel” just a security guard to welcome us.. In a few words my description The wifi connection was really poor. The luxury sheets you see on the photos, are so much used that have lost their color. There was no breakfast, Just some coffee ,tea and a kettle . No receptionist after 7 pm The staff is polite but at the same time we had a really bad experience. In our departure my girlfriend left a pair of leather gloves behind. Last we saw them, just before our departure, the pair was located on the nightstand. She realised that she was not holding the pair as soon as we entered a taxi which was waiting for us right outside the hotel and half way through to the airport -after we2 checked all handbags- we called them 20 minutes after our departure At first the receptionist claimed that we checked out our room 2 hours ago… We have asked them to check again the room and they claim that there was nothing left behind. It is impossible for a pair of gloves to just vanish from a room, behind a closed door...
Old building.......room a bit tired
Beautiful and luxurious room in an ideal setting. Fantastic location. Couldn't ask for more.
Amazing room (executive) in the annex building across the street. Great bed, sofa group and a big table. View of the castle, cobblestone streets and medieval buildings.
Loved the luxurious, spacious and historically appointed room in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. Also enjoyed the late checkout time!
Great hotel, excellent value, very friendly staff, great location in Prague 1
Wi Fi at night don´t work very well
Location, room, cost, staff,
Wow, what a great hotel! If I ever return to Prague, this where I will stay. Lovely.
Great position, comfortable rooms. It's near the Castle but a little far from the centre (Malo Strana). Really kind staff.
loved my room. Baroque style, really lovely. small little hotel. but really cute.
nothing. it was very nice
This hotel is only feet from Prague Castle (all uphill though). This makes it convenient to go early morning, midday and at night to see Prague in all its glory. It is also close to excellent, reasonably priced restaurants (as well as exorbitant ones.) It is a 5 min walk to Charles bridge (15 min back - all uphill). So the location is fantastic.
Furniture is a bit dated (chic or old?). I cut my finger on the seating while reading email when I went to shift position. Otherwise it was fine.
Wonderful, beautiful area - you live in the middle of historical part of Prague. Amazing building. Very nice helpful stuff.
No breakfast. Only soap-shampoo all in one thingy in the bathroom (no lotion for example). The description of the hotel should mention that the hotel is on a hill.
rooms were a good size and the location was excellent
duvets were too heavy and with no lighter weight duvets or blankets available, it was too warm to sleep comfortably
Lovely historic building Enormous room with traditional style furniture Comfy bed Good powerful shower
Everything fine. I would reccommend it to everyone
The location was excellent for exploring Prague
Facilities in the room poor, Kettle and cups but no Tea,Coffe and milk? The bathroom needs some TLC, shower head for example broken. No paking facilites.
Beautiful room, fantastic location directly under castle, very quiet.excellent base 5mins to the Charles bridge.
No tea/coffee facilities in room
