The cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast was very good value.

Nice restaurant, interesting design.

Their staff is trying to cheat guests. Be careful when choosing room type, you may get small room for price of bigger. Hotel is overpriced. They charge 17Euro for dog. They just hope you accept that. Waiters in restaurant don’t have even basic knowledge of their job.

It has been already my 4th time that I booked the hotel. I know the size of the small rooms and they are really small. So, I booked the bigger one. A surprise I've got, when I saw my room, it was small. Even not a desk, where I can work. So informed reception and they told me, that is the smallest of the big rooms????? But the react fast and gave me another room and that one was ok. I traveled when the outside temp was -15-20'C and the room I had got really cold, the heater switch of in the night. So it got really cold, but I didn't change again. Morning next day, I went to the reception and informed them about and this I call service. They told me, I should come late a night, they will give me another room. But I have to pack etc. So I've got a big sorry, 20% discount!!! a bottle of champaign!!!! and home made chocolate. That was great. Perfect service. By the way, the restaurant is still great, I like to come back and enjoy the cousin one more time. Perfect. Good breakfast as well. Beside the Swedish table, the have an additional breakfast card. Ask for it, there is good stuff on.

One think, for somebody who have to work, the desk are to small for but more then a lap top on it. The position directly under the TV is not the best. No chance to watch news and work. The location of the hotel is not the nicest, but the food and the comfort equalize it.

Comfortable room, very helpful staff, excellent food in the restaurant. I have been returning to this hotel from time to time and I have to say they listen to the comments and improve on the down sides over time.

The major disadvantage is probably the location and the surroundings: out of town, on the edge of a Tesco car park - which does not disturb me at all. There were a few minor things but I will not mention them so as not to spoil the overall good impression.

Nice designer hotel. Great restaurant. Free Internet and parking.

Rooms are small. To work at the desk in the room is quit difficult and more then a laptop and a pen has space.

Everything was excellent except for the location, if you care bout the view or do you want to sleep late, this is not for you. But if you are in Brno for business and all you want is good food and comfortable room with excellent service this is what you are looking for.

Location and the working site nearby

Very comfortable. The room is quite small but has everything you need. Tasty breakfast adds to the overall good picture. Now the finally have the coat hangers!!! :)

The surroundings... construction works .... hypermarket ... but there wasn't any disturbing noises.

No real highlight was a fairly average experience

Příjemná obsluha, dobrá restaurace.

Pokoje jsou velmi malé. Hotel umístěn v nepěkné lokalitě (mezi dálničním okruhem a hypermarketem). Ne všechno v hotelu funguje, jak je napsáno na stránkách (např. bar není otevřen, klimatizace nefungovala).

Design pokoje a jeho čistota, světlost a prostornost. Příjemná obsluha na recepci, ochotná. pěkná výzdoba restaurace.

Malý výběr jídel, zdlouhavá obsluha u snídaně. V rozporu s informacemi na booking.com chybí fitness a bazén. Okolí a výhled připomínají staveniště.
