Trotz Verschlafens am Freitag wurde 10.30 Uhr noch ein Frühstück hergerichtet, ruhiges Hotel, kein Lärm auf dem Flur, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, keine Extrakosten für abgeschlossenen Parkplatz, trotz Verluste im nahegelegenen Casino würde ich wiederkommen!! |

Freundliches Personal, nette Bedienung im Restaurant Dünne Wände, man konnte hören wenn im Nachbarzimmer jemand in der Dusche bzw. auf der Toilette war. |

Die zentrale Lage. Saune und Schwimmbad waren nur bis 18.00 Uhr offen. Für mich als Hotelgast ist das nicjht akzeptabel. |

Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Centraal gelegen vlakbij centrum en kuurpark. Hotel biedt naast zijn eigen kuurcentrum ( sauna, zwembad, behandelingen,...) allerlei uitstapactivieiten aan voor zijn kuurgasten. Heel ruime kamers met afzonderlijke badkamer. |

auto parkeren op afgesloten terrein hotel. taal problemen. bij aankomst 9.00 pm bij receptie alleen Tscechisch gesproken. reserverering bolcom konden ze niet begrijpen |

Mooie kamers en een mooie omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel De communicatie ging erg slecht, vooral bij aankomst bleek, volgens hun, de reservering niet te kloppen. Engels en Duits spraken ze bijna niet, maar na een uur hadden we toch eindelijk onze kamer. |
