Staff very helpful, recommending a nice and reasonably priced restaurant, providing assistance with my two young children, booking a taxi etc. The room had tea making & cooking facilities, large bathroom, free internet access. Hotel was in great location for visiting all attractions. Room could be a little stuffy and though you had lots of windows, when opened the noise from people on Charles Bridge could be quite loud (late night revelers). We also had to keep windows shut due to our children being able to climb up to window ledge. |

The hotel was generally very good in a great spot by the bridge very close to most of the sights in mala strana and old town .The stuff was kind the room very cozy and generally had a great time. the room's view was not as expected but still had no problem. |

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff is fluent in English and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even upgraded us to the bigger family suite when there was difficulty with the free computer and internet in our executive suite. The morning breakfast has a nice selection, including eggs and bacon. The location of the hotel is excellent. |

A great location, and very centrally based. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.Very clean, modern and well appointed. We will definitely go back again! Thank you The settee bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was adequate. It was unclear as to whether there was a PC in each room - there wasn't in ours. |

The hotel is very classy in its way and is very conveniently located right at the end of Charles Bridge (on Malastrana side). One very pleasant surprise for us was that we received an Executive suite instead of the Junior one we had booked, at the same price. The apartment had a very nice view of the Bridge and of its agitation. The very "hidden" entrance. But this is really a tiny thing comparing with the rest of our experience there. |

The position just on the side of Charles Bridge The unpolite young girl at the reception. She is the only reason to avoid to come back at Lundborg. |

Friendliness and accessibility to Town Centre The shower did not work - the jacuzzi did not work and came on of its own accord during the night - very noisy. There was building work going on outside the hotel early in the morning. |

Hotel was excellently situated right at the end of the Charles bridge, with only a five minute walk to old town. Room was a great size with good facilities (fridge, cooker). The only down side of the room was the sofa bed could have been more comfortable. |

The hotel is in an excellent location, has wonderful facilities, and the staff is accommodating. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, hot breakfasts, easy walks to the major attractions, the spacious bathroom, Internet connection, and beautifully appointed historic hotel. We will gladly return on our next visit to Prague. |

everything was great we didn't have parking for the car so we had to pay 90 euros for 3 days.there was working outside the hotel at the brige so that was just bad luck |

The staff were fabulous, the location incredible (literally on the Charles Bridge!) and the suite was perfect. Can't say enough about the hotel - if I returned to Prague I would definitely stay here again! |

To τζακούζι ήταν φανταστικό! Οι δύο τηλεοράσεις και το κομπιούτερ με δωρεαν ιντερνετ. Επίσης η τοποθεσία, ήταν ακριβώς μπροστά στη γέφυρα του Καρόλου με τέλεια πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα! Παρόλο που είχα τηλεφωνήσει και είχα διευκρινήσει και γραπτώς ότι θέλαμε 1 διπλό κρεββάτι εκείνοι ένωσαν 2 μονά. Δεν είπαμε τίποτε όμως γιατί κατα τα άλλα ήμασταν ενθουσιασμένοι! |
