The location and services were very nice. We needed to get an extra bed suddenly and that worked out easily and with very nice price. Don't have nothing to complain. |

Location, Very pleasant and helpful staff Some confusion with booking online ----- From the description we thought we had booked the loft room but ended up in the suite; if we couldn't have the loft we would have preferred a regular double. Also we didn't know that the rate would have been cheaper had we called the hotel directly. |

Great location, right near everything but still off the main tourist drag, Rooms were spacious and well-furnished, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ran out quickly if there were more than a few guests at the hotel, and we had the same few things each day. More variety/quantity would be nice. |

The inside room on the upper floor was large, comfortable and quiet although there was a noisy bar on the ground floor. The location of the hotel was excellent next to the Charles Bridge and other major sights. |

Very good location (near Karlsbridge). Very spacious rooms, probably renewed lately, but the floor couls be cleaned better. Restaurant needs absolutely to be renewed and/or very good cleaned. Breakfast can be much better. Not worth four stars. |

Very good location, very helpful people in the reception. Large room and bathroom. Quiet, calm area. Very nice winebar, coffebar and restaurants nearby, within 50 m! Cleaning of floor, especially bathroom!, could be better. No elevator. |

The receptionstaff was very friendly and very helpful. They helped us with whatever we needed help with. Breakfast was ok, but not so much to choose from and no vegetables. The hotel was cozy and charming and the location couldn't have been better! Big spacious rooms. We would defininately recommend it to everybody and would love stay there again. In the nighttime it could start smell a bit of smoke in the livingroom. If we closed the bedroom door we didn't notice and during daytime no problem at all either. |

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We had a very nice room and location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Prague! I will absolutely recommend it to everyone going to this wonderful city. |

Hotel is right next to Charles Bridge, between old town and Castle. We had deluxe room upper floor spacious and new. Food is good. Though the bed was comfortable and new, it had two mattresses next to each other. Salsa club in the basement is not heard on top floor, but smoke can get there. We used towel under the door – worked. |

Location, cleanliness, room size, nice breakfast, friendly staff and the adjacent Cuban bar!! The fact that the room price was quoted in Euros rather than Czech currency. When we paid the bill we were asked to pay CK 2000 per night which was a bit more than the price we had been quoted in Euros. |

Tho hotel is nice, clean, the breakfast was good but I would never go back because the riped me off with their exchange rate for euros. The price was 220 euros for a 2 night/2 pax stay and the first day they said that will be around 5.000 crowns. The second day it was 5.200 and 2 hours later, when I wanted to pay they charged me 5.500 euros (1 euro=25 crowns and the real course was around 22-23. |
