The location was really good.
Good location, comfortable and friendly staffs.
The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly, it was an excellent place to stay in on a low budget
The breakfast seemed quite poor
Wifi internet is only avaiable at the reception.
price location breakfast bed
too loud no tv
The location is perfectly located in the old town center and only few minutes walk to any of the famous attractions. The staff is very helpful and the female dorm that I stayed was very clean and quiet. Wifi signal works perfectly.
Reception staffs are very nice and friendly. Hope to come back again.
excellent location, it is quick to go to anywhere, the staffs were helpful and pretty knowledgable
The dorm is a bit too small and lack of sitting space...
- Great location, perfect to get anywhere in the city - Breakfast was great to start a busy sightseeing day - Room comfy and all you need for a nice budget stay
- Non smoking room smelt VERY much like smoke - We didn't realise we were staying on a main tourist street (rookie mistake) our room was on the main street so not speaking for the other rooms available but it was VERY noisy at night, not ideal if you want an early night after a day of sightseeing (11PMish) as noise can go on until the early AM and you can hear the street cleaner VERY early in the morning - Staff were helpful until check out, we asked a simple question and received a can't be bothered response (obviously wanted to go back to sleep on the night/early morning shift) bit frustrating
- the hostel is located in like a souvenir shops area - near to the tourists spots - a bit cheap rate surrounded by souvenir shops, restaurants, grocery store and money exchange houses - walking distance metro station - RECOMMENDED for the BACKPACKERS Travelers
- the lobby and room is not pleasant - reception is at the 1st floor - no lifts, you will be carrying your luggage by hand on the stairs - before reaching the reception are you will pass by the kitchen - too much stairs - noisy by day - no air-conditioner, good thing we went there in winter season, imagine if it is summer? - the bed and flooring is making sound every time you move - no bidet at the bathroom
I really liked everything! the staff was very kind. the room was tidy and clean. nice roommates and excellent location!
mmmm the only thing i found strange was the toilette's door. The toilette was outside the room, in the balcony and the door did not close completely. the rest was completely awsome!
Very noisy at night until 2 am. I thought it is noisy in shared rooms only but I was in a double room and the noise was coming from the street and the reception. If this is not a problem with you, go for it.
Good location. Super market really close as well.
THe waiters are relax nice :)
Best location , Friendy staff
Uncomfortable and worn mattresses
superb location, good breakfast, large rooms, regal bathroom.
nothing comes to mind
Had an ensuite bathroom which was nice. Location is incredible. Breakfast was just okay. They provide towels. Staff were helpful and nice.
We were put in a room on the top floor that was not very inviting. Floors were just plywood. Other rooms looked better, however. Cleaning staff would come in and not clean. The sam se trash that was there when we arrived was there when we departed. WiFi only works in common area and was spotty.
excellent location friendly and helpful staff Clean private dorm toilet
wifi is not in the room and slow at the reception area
The reception was attentive to everything
The kitchen is small for so many people, bathrooms not cleaned often and broken things are not careful to be repaired. I also stripped the bedding the night before my check out and had to order another for the last day.
I loved that they have separate bathrooms and a nice kitchen with dishes, a microwave oven, kettle etc. Very convenient! The bed linen and towels were clean and new.
The internet connection, which was only in the lobby, was very weak for the amount of people who used it. It worked only every other time. The rooms could have been cleaned more often.
i loved the location, it's in the heart of Prague.
you have to do your own sheets. there were 2 staffs only to help you: the boy never wants to help you, even though they told me he is an expert, and the girl helps you but she directs you wrong !! i had a problem they put me in a room where it was full, and i had 2 big luggages, couln't easy carry them !!! then the next day they told me i have to change one more time !! come on, can't you see on your system that the room is full or empty !!
Great location near astronomy clock and Charles Bridge
My belongings were stolen in the kitchen so I think they should they should improve their security system by e.g. adding monitors and locate them at good place to eliminate dead angles. No wifi upstairs.
