The room was beautifully decorated, particularly the bathroom. Our room overlooked the river, so beautiful views too. The service was the best I've had at a hotel. We were met by the concierge when we arrived who gave us some valuable tips for our stay in Prague. They also got our room ready even though we arrived very early. The bathroom doors were glass! |

Hotel was comfortable, rooms beautifully presented and staff very helpful. The wrong room type was provided on arrival, but this was changed without any fuss to a lovely family suite (particularly recommend Rooms 702 & 703). Breakfast fairly expensive for continental, although there was a good selection of choices. |

Nice hotel, good riverside location a little away from the bustle of the city centre Too much noise through the thin walls in the morning and to much light coming into the room in the morning. Too many extras that cost more - e.g. internet, sensible TV cannels, breakfast |

the location was good, rooms were nice. it was pretty close to all the attraction pointss yes. the intercom in my room was not working. I had to complain twice before they took me seriously which really annoyed me. also, i had paid for the hotel in the morning but it didnot show up on the hotel computer. However i had a print out of my copy so i didnot have to pay twice. Lastly, i had requested for a cab to take me to the airport but the reception did not book it for me and said it did not show up on the system. Luckily i found a taxi on the road which took me to the airport. |

Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were excellent and the rooms were furnished and decorated to a very high standard using quality products which made for a very comfortable business stay. It's far enough out of the town to be quiet and restful and close enough to see the sights. I will definitely use this hotel again and would highly recommend it. |

The location is nice. Despite a little far for downtown, the view over the river is very nice. Our room 405 had a balcony and another window over the river and facing the dancing house. The bedroom is big and bathroom is also good. More a superior 4 star hotel than a 5 star, but we enjoyed the stay there. The blackout curtains doesn´t close completely allowing sunlight getting inside and weaking us up. Some improvement or fixing have to be done allowing a perfect sleeping experience to the guests. Other issue, we asked for a reservation for the parking place, but as they have few places (and on the street) we had not our place. They would have a b plan for it. |

The hotel withdraw from my account more money than the actual invoice. I had send them an email about it without answer. Aubelievable for a 5* hotel. Also, in the 4 nights in my stay there was´nt any cleaness in the room. They never change the towers and the bed sheets. |

The location of the hotel was excellent for a trip to Prague being within walking distance of all the "must SEE"sights of the city. The staff there was very friendly and helpful, answering all our queries and recommending restaurants which added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay there. |

The hotel dealt with me as an individual rather than as an anonymous tourist e.g. when I went to collect my bags before leaving for the airport the porter had remembered my room no and had printed out the boarding card for the flight. |

Free internet, free cable, friendly front office, nice decorated room with great view and functional curtains. Very modern shower place. Quiet but still 15 minutes walkaway from center. The twin bed had two very narrow blankets. I would prefer one that would not fall of me, cover properly, namely at least 120-130cm wide. |

All was absolutely great! Huge, beautiful, design rooms with the view on the river, excellent, helpful staff, breakfast, perfect location - not in the touristic city centre but close enough to all atractions... Best hotel I've ever been. Great value for money. |

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. For example, the check-in welcome was thorough, including recommendations for restaurants and shopping venues all circled on a hotel-provided map. Later questions about excursions or shows were answered with enough detail to make decisions. The transfer service to and from the airport simplified things immensely. |
