location was really good, just twenty meters from Clock tower square! Politeness of staff, rooms are very big and confortable. Despite position, they were also silnet. They offer also private transfer to and from airport at good price. Toilet smelt a little bit old |

The location was great, desk staff and porter were friendly and helpful.. Resturant was to high standard. Accomodation was good On the first night of our visit the waiter in Resturant Rott was very professional and friendly and could not be faulted in his welcome and level of service (3/12/09). We had a drink there on 05/ 12/09, the level of service and and hospitality left alot to be desired. We felt unwelcome and a burden on the staff who were on duty. The staff there that night (particularly the woman) tarnished our otherwise good experience at the Hotel Rott.This is not a formal complaint just an observation . |

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with the room but that was fixed very quickly with no fuss. The location could not of been better. |

Fantastic location , in the centre of the main tourist areas and walking distance to all the major shopping and resturants. Nothing really, except that the picture of the Hotel Rott is of the building next door to the hotel. |

The staff were excellent, nothing was to much trouble they were extremly polite and proffesional. Superb location. Coffee lounge very good. Would use this hotel again Breakfast was a little chaotic at times with not enough room for everyone, but we put it down to one of the busier weekends |

The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Hotel room had everything required, clean and cosy. Food menu did not look particularly appealing and the bar always seemed quiet so maybe some special offers on drinks for guests as it was expensive. |

The location was ideal for a few days city break, being within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. Rooms were adequate for size and very clean. Tea and coffe making facilities in the room would be appreciated |

The hotel was perfectly located right next to the rathaus square with the astronomical clock. Quiet street below. Beautiful view from the room of the top of the rathaus tower. Lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Delicious, well stocked breakfast buffet included with room price. |

Everyone was very friendly at the Hotel Rott. Breakfast was wonderful and we had wonderful deserts at the restaurant. Our room was very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. Our room was a little noisy at night with the Hard Rock cafe below. |

We were delighted with everything about the Hotel, Staff were friendly and helpful, location was ideal, we only had the breakfasts but they were plentyfull and tasty. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend Hotel Rott to anyone. |

Our room was very comfortable. It overlooked the square and we liked that. The breakfast was outstanding! The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent location...all good for our 4 nights in Prague. |

The location was superb. The breakfast was good. The room was very nice,if a little small,bed very comfortable. Some intermittant noise which sounded like someone dragging furniture. We think it was resonating up from the reception area,moving chairs on a tiled floor, but never did find the cause! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. A strange odour in the bathroom but this soon disappeared once we'd used the room a couple of times. |

The location was brilliant, just off the Old Town Square. Our room was very large and extremely comfortable, bathroom good with a separate shower (not over bath - good for an aging mother). Staff were helpful. An excellent restaurant, and a great breakfast. We were delighted with our choice of this hotel, plus it was excellent value for money. Breakfast room crowded though buffet was rapidly replenished. |

Hotel was very convenient for the Old Quarters, Charles' Bridge and the Castle. Restaurant Rott was surprisingly good, reasonably priced "nouvelle" Czech cuisine. I have never done it before,usually preferring to try a variety of restaurants, but we ate there all four nights, eating elsewhere during the day. The restaurant was surprisingly empty and and probably as a consequence, the live music was a little too loud. Breakfast was good but marred by orangeade and instant coffee. The real thing would have made a big difference for very little extra cost. |

Convenient, well located, nicely refurbished and a very helpful staff. Restaurant in hotel served very nice meals (front desk gave us coupons for free appetizers!) Would go back in a moment. |
