La atenció en general es molt bona, el restaurant del hotel es menga molt bé. Ben organitzat, per fer cualsevol tour. La situació, es excelent. Es podría millorar, els esmorzars. |

The ubication is just perfect. 20 Meters from the old twon square. For all the Spanish use to move for the spanish hotel, the breakfast is short. But no bad. |

Especially air-conditioning, it was 92 F in prague, and our room was probably the coolest place in town. The breakfest buffet was also very good....and it is really an excellent location. |

Excellent location Had 2 different rooms and both had thin curtains/blinds so room was very bright by 5am as sunrise is early. Therefore couldn't sleep beyond 5am. Breakfast selection not very exciting, not replenished often (especially fresh fruit) and served in the cellar. |

They gave my family (we had 2 rooms) an almost private area, and that was excellent. And, the breakfast was complimentary, what is not common. We asked for Laundry, and that service looked not very organized. |

Excellent location but if your room overlooks the Square it can be a bit noisy which is to be expected. This did not inconvenience us. Excellent breakfast. Hotel Rott Dining Room food and service Excellent. Compliments to the Chefs! Something minor which I disliked in our room. The room appears to be sprayed daily with some kind of air freshener which had a peculiar scent. The housekeeping was Excellent. |

Because of the location it was thr best choise we could have made. The staff from thr bell boy to thr manager included was extremely helpful in every way possible. The food and the service is excellent especially in thr bar and the restaurant. The lift in thr entrance is sooo very slow. |

The location was the main attraction. Efficient staff. I liked the small scale atmosphere. Thd shower rather small. A bit a noise from adjacent bedroom from what seemed normal conversation. |

May be the best location (just 100 metres from Star.Sq. and not exactly on the crowded place). We were lucky to get good quite room in new building, thanks to hospitality of the staff. Very good restaurant downstairs. Eventhough the prices are little bit higher you will be 100% satisfied by food quality and service. Hard Rock cafe on the gound floor of old building of the hotel could make some noise to the rooms up to it. |

Hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Bar was also good and prices were comparable with other restaurants and bars in the area. |

The staff were helpful, we appreciated the offer of a car to meet us at the airport and we also enjoyed the evening meals in the dining room , the brakfast room was a bit like a canteen and the coffee was very disappointing. |
