Prahan paras sijainti: nähtävyydet, ravintolat, kaupat, teatterit, liikenneyhteydet ihan lähellä tai korkeintaan kilometrin sateellä! Rauhallinen ja tilava huone. Safety box huoneessa. Hissi kerroksiin ja aamiaiselle. Avulias henkilökunta. Internet käytettävissä aulassa.

Sijainti hyvä, Hard Rock Coffeen meteli (oli aivan naapurissa) sekä aukion hälinä ravintoloiden sulkemisen jälkeen häiritsee herkkäunisia varsinkin viikonloppuöinä.

Erinomainen sijainti ja todella siisti.Aamiainen runsas ja hyvä.

Hotellin sijainti ja henkilökunnan palvelualttius oli erinomaista. Kahdesta varaamastamme huoneesta toinen oli hiljaisempi, sisäpihalle päin. Toisen huoneen ikkuna oli tielle päin, tieltä kantautui jonkin verran meteliä huoneeseen. Lentokenttäkuljetus toimi loistavasti, tosin kuskilla oli suhteellisen painava kaasujalka.

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, lyhyt matka joka puolelle. Hyvä aamupala.

Huoneiston ilma oli ajoittain heikko. Onneksi sai kattoikkunan auki.

Yövyimme Hotel Rottissa pe-ti 15-16.4.2011. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen vanhan kaupungin keskustassa pienellä aukiolla, lähellä astronomista kelloa (joka tosin oli epäonneksemme remontissa). Olimme etukäteen varanneet ja maksaneet executive-huoneen; huone oli valoisa, tilava ja sänky todella leveä ja mukava. Huoneen väritys oli rauhallinen; hieman punaruskeaan vivahtava. Huoneemme sijainti oli vaaleassa rakennuksessa, rauhallisen sivukadun puolella, ei siis näköalaa. Olisimme toivoneet näköalaa joko Prahan linnalle tai aukiolle päin, mutta ilmeisesti ne ovat sviittihuoneiden käytössä...? Vastaanotossa otettiin ystävällisesti vastaan ja huoneen saimme käyttöömme jo tullessamme n. klo 11:45. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin kellarikerroksen viihtyisässä aamiaisravintolassa; aamiainen oli erittäin monipuolinen ja kaikkea oli saatavilla ainakin klo 7:30-8:30 välillä, jolloin kävimme aamiaisella. Viimeisenä iltana söimme päivällisen hotellin ravintolassa; käytimme hyväksemme hotellilta saamamme alennuskupongit, jotka oikeuttivat ilmaiseen alkupalaan. Ruoka oli erinomaista ja hinta hieman edullisempi kuin keskusaukion ravintoloissa yleensä. Ravintola on viihtyisä ja palvelu oli kiitettävää. Suosittelemme hotelli Rottia lämpimästi kaikille; samoin ravintola Rottia.

Käytävän lattia narisi pahasti; tosin emme kuulleet käytävästä ääniä koska huoneemme oli päädyssä. Myös huoneen lattia narisi hieman, mutta ei häiritsevästi.

the location is excellent, front desk staff were very helpful and the bar staff were also excellent. Everything is within walking distance as the hotel is located in the old square just a couple of doors down from the Hard Rock Cafe

only gripe I had is that the staff in the breakfast room refused to give out English Breakfast tea bags, they only put out herbal tea bags also the staff in the breakfast room were extremly rude to guests so if you like a cup of tea in the mornings bring your own tea bags

We likes the location on center town.

In the night, a lot of noise, music and electronics.

Excellent location. Free bottle of wine on arrival for my partners birthday which was a nice touch. However, breakfast could have been organised a little better. All in all, a very nice hotel and stay in Prague.

Subsequent to booking the room on line via hotel booking.com. The hotel contacted me by e-mail to offer a taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. If I accepted this offer it would have cost in the region of £25.00 one way. With a little research, we used the airport bus into the city and then the sub-way, which took us right to the hotel. This cost £1 each way and was far more fun. I also over heard another guest complain that she had used the taxi service and was far from happy that the driver was constantly using his mobile phone while driving and nearly crashed twice! Not good!!!

There was no tea and coffee making facilities.

The best thing in this hotel is location. 1 minute walking from old town square. Bathroom floor heating is very nice. Staff was very friendly. I really recomend this hotel if you stay in prague.

Hot water is only available in the morning. At night you only get cold. the room could have coffe/tea making facilities.

Hotel Rott could not be better located for tourists. It is just off the beautiful Main Square of the old city, is in walking distance to all major tourist attractions (with the possible exception of the castle), and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. We had a lovely view of the square from our room, though not all rooms would have this view. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The tv offered a good selection of news channels. There is a computer and printer available for guest use in the lobby. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Finally, we loved the Hotel Rott restaurant and cafe. It served excellent gourmet meals for a reasonable price. Don't miss having dinner there.

The bathroom was newly appointed, but the shower was small. There was no tub in our bathroom. They were not very generous with the soap. At night our room remained very warm (we were there in October) and we had to open the window to cool it, thus bringing in some noise from the square. As well, there are no blackout curtains on the windows so light comes through. None of this bothered us, however. We slept very well.
