Fantastic location, great breakfast, English speaking personnel. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was good size and perfectly clean.
Great looking cation, great staff, great breakfast!!!
I would suggest breakfast closing at 11;00 am everyday not just the weekend.
The hotel is just round the corner from the Astronomical Clock at the Old Town Square so all central tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. A comfortable, if old world hotel with excellent, helpful staff it is one that we would recommend and re-visit.
By far the best thing was the location and at the end of a busy day a comfortable clean quiet hotel to come back to. The welcome drink on arrival was a lovely gesture. And the inclusive breakfast had something for everyone.
They went a little over the top trying to sell chocolates and snacks in the room. Just not our preference.
Stayed here before and again all perfect. Fantastic location
Shower blocked and we had to wait from 6pm until 11.30am the following day to be moved
Staff efficient, friendly and helpful, with the exception of one barman. Excellent value for money. Excellent location. Use the hotel pick-up service to collect you from the airport. good value, excellent service.
One barman in the café/bar. Unhelpful and had an attitude when we went to spend our free drinks voucher. Needless to say, we never used the bar again.
Location, Location, Location
The fact that although I had requested a bath not a shower, booked 2 months in advance, arrived and was told no rooms with bath were available. There were 4 in our party and we had dinner in the restaurant, when we asked for the bill to be split we were told it was not possible, ridiculas.
Personell Food Service Room Lokation
We liked everything about this hotel it was perfect breakfast was great location you couldn't be in a better location, especially for the xmas market
The location. 50 metres from the centre of old Prague. Value for money
The exorbitant taxi fares to and from the station. Not the Hotel's fault but the equivalent of £15 for a journey that you can complete in 15 minutes on foot! Restaurant Rott is not up to the standard of the hotel accommodation.
Excellent location on old square. Close to all sightseeing on foot. Christmassy atmosphere! Very comfortable room and bed,
Like a lot of Prague the hotel is slightly old fashioned but clean. Breakfast room slightly disorganised but food good.
Best location ever. In the center of old town. Close to metro, really easy to come with public transportation. With good shoes you can walk round the city easily.
We knew before reservation that Hard rock cafe is in the building next door, but in fact it seems to be in the connecting building. Our room was in the other end of the cafe but we still could hear and feel the music on saturday night when the band was really loud. Other nights were okay.
Hard, hard, hard bed Noise
Location ,room with a view of male namesti
Fantastic location and very comfortable
We had organised an Airport transfer on line, told by staff car had arrived and did not realise that it was hotel taxi and not our car until we reached the airport. Did agree to price we had arranged, staff being over efficient!
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean
Obviously , the position ! A great hotel , friendly helpful staff .Great breakfast in fabulous setting in basement .Welcome drink in bar .Excellent value for money, even bar prices reasonable ! I guess you might detect... We liked it !
Room on small side , but not a problem. In a city like Prague , you're not spending too much time in your room.
Fantastic location (5 mins to prahue castle, st charles bridge) and located right in the old town. Rooms are spacious and breakfast had a great variety of cooked and cold options. Free wifi
Booked room for a toddler asked for a bed but was given a cot instead (didn't complains as we thought it was for only 2 nights) Located next 2 doors down from hard rock cafe and coyote ugly bar so there was a little noise around midnight when these closed. Overall very good stay
Loved the area, walking distance to major sites
Fantastic Location Very accessible to all visitor locations Very clean hotel Food very nice Staff Friendly
2 Single Duvets on bed instead of one Double Duvet Not very many toiletries in bathroom.
The good location and the absence of street noise.
The coffee at breakfast.
Fantastic location..nice breakfast..comfort room and helpful staff!! Value for money..will stay again this hotel again on my next trip.
Located right in the heart of old town, close to all attractions, great staff, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, excellent breakfast, restaurant connected to hotel is also excellent.
No air-con, rooms can get stuffy even in cold weather. You should be given the option of having it on or off.
Everything about this hotel is first class. Staff very friendly. Rooms super clean. Location perfect.
Everything was perfect for a first time trip to Prague in the heart of the historic old town. Beautiful historic hotel. We were in a double room (two singles). Beds were nice size, comfortable, and it was a nice big room with plenty of space. While not a big closet it worked for two women with way too many clothes. Hint: do not bring heels to prague! Close to metro and fully walkable to all of the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
I would have to pretty much make something up, so I won'T. Maybe the towels could have been a little fluffier, and it would have been nice to have some toiletries like body lotion (especially) in the bathroom. Not sure if that is typical in Europe!
