Nearly everything is perfect. Not huge problems, just what may be slightly better (but we did not ask staff to help, may be they could solve it immediately as staff is really very friendly): 1) to have soap or more hel in the bathroom; 2) to have additional pillow because available one is too flat.

Excellent location and price. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Very noisy due to tram passing by our window every hour. Next time we'll ask for a room off the street. Bed was hard as a rock!

Nice large and clean rooms, friendly personal. Hotel door wasn't open at arrival (early afternoon) and nobody was at the reception. Entrance via the cafe beside the hotel. Owner was called by telephone by cafe personnel.... anyway it wasn't a problem.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Our stay was perfect thanks to the attention and detail of the staff. The hotel was charming the room was spacious well decorated and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Old 15th century building is perfectly renovated. Person in the hotel are so kind. The person in the frontdesk is not always staying. After 10pm, you have to open the door by yourself.

Im Stadtzentrum gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal, deutschsprachig. Abstellmöglichkeit für Auto im nahegelegenem bewachten Parkhaus für 100 Kronen/24h (ca. 4 Euro).

Sehr gute persönliche Betreuung. Ist mit uns ins nahe gelegene Parkhaus gefahren. Sogar Geldwechsel war möglich zu einem guten Kurs. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und sehr gut. Werde dieses Hotel mit Sicherheit wieder besuchen

Krásný pokoj, velice příjemná slečna na recepci, příjemná paní u snídaně Na pokoji chybí základní věci odpovídající 4* - papírové kapesníčky, mýdlo na ruce. Recepce funguje jen omezeně. Snídaně také neodpovídá (v neděli jen oschlé pečivo). V koupelně nejsou žádné věšáky na ručníky

Vybavení spojené s historickým domem dobře laděné , dotažené spojení společných prostor kavárny s obrazovým a hudebním doprovodem navozujícím romantickou pohodu ve francouzkém stylu . Nejde o stížnost , ¨jen ztráty času na recepci při nepřítomnosti personálu opakovaně .

Доброжелательный персонал, особенно приятно что в отеле оказалась русскоязычная сотрудница на ресепшн Мария, ей особенно спасибо что помогала решать различные вопросы. Понравился номер-просторный, с историческим антуражем. Завтрак в милом кафе под приятную музыку, иногда складывалось ощущение что ты в Париже. Прекрасное расположение, даже не мешает шум улицы за окном. В следующую поездку в Пльзень обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. Недостаток-в ванной присутствовал только шампунь и гель для душа. А в 4* обычно является нормой еще и мыло, кондиционер и лосьон для тела. Не помешали бы и тапочки))))

Krásné stylově zařízené pokoje. Z neděle na pondělí nebyl v pokoji proveden úklid,při dotazu,proč nám neuklidili,nám bylo sděleno,že si paní uklízečka potřebovala po náročném týdnu odpočinout.....Podle mě.by měl být 4 hvězdičkový hotel schopen zajistit úklid 7 dnů v týdnu......
