The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and interested in our experience. The hotel room was ready on time with the baby cots for our twins. We will never look for another hotel! It would be nice to have two baby highchairs available for the breakfast buffet. We have twins! |

Everything was excellent! Staffs are all very kind and are willing to offer good service. The room is kept very clean. It is conveniently located close to the central square of the city. There is nothing I can complain about this hotel. |

There is no air conditioning. A tram goes right by the street in front of the hotel is very loud, as are the late night bar hoppers. |

Extremely charming hotel with exposed brick walls, nicely decorated, in a great central location of Pilsen. There is no air conditioning (it seems anywhere in the Czech Republic), so being there in July we had to sleep with the windows open. A tram goes right by the street in front of the hotel is very loud, as are the late night bar hoppers. So, we had trouble sleeping! |

Very central, close to everything. Clean rooms and a very lovely room + design. High standards for a quite cheap price. During late evenings there was some noise due to the theater/venue "nextdoors". Didn't matter too much though. |

Hotel Rous is really comfortable. It has a delicious breakfast and it is located just few meters from the Cathedral. Staff was very kind and gave us all information we wanted to know. The only thing we considered weird was the shower. There was no shower and we had to bath outselves sitting in he bathtub. A completely new experience to us, that didn't make the hotel being bad. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and caring. They almost taken care of everything like what kind of breakfast you'd like to have and without constraint of time. I was haing my breakfast at 11.30 hrs and staff served it at the table. I didn't observe this care in any other hotels yet. The interior of this hotel is really rich especially curtains, quilts and their colour combination. They need to fix the internet problem in the rooms. |

Nice rooms, central position Poorly trainned stuff!!!! No smile, no good morning ...such basic greeting can make your day nicer. Such hotel should offer better coffee morning and fresh bread!!! And one very important thing: If the guest receives a phone call, please do not assume she/he is not in the room!!! Always transfer a call to the room!!! |
