Royal Ricc

I liked it's central location, free broadband, ambiance, staff and customer service. I also liked the hassle-free check in procedure.

I felt the breakfast table needed to be refreshed a bit more often. Hot food was often gone by the time we arrived. Overall though the breakfast was nice. I would also liked to have had better broadband speed available in the room - it was fine in the bar/lounge though.

central location

I disliked the expencive parking. Also, i really did not like the decor of the hotel. It was a bit tacky, and for instannce , all the lanterns in a room were red, so you couldn'n possibly get any light in. I believe it to be overpriced.

After We arrived parking of Hotel Royal Ricc,we propose hotel staff that please pick up us,but they were not coming at once,we waited 10 minites at parking.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the center of Brno at an affordable price. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a great selection of food. The interior design of the hotel is very unique and the rooms are very spacious. The bathroom was clean and updated. Wi-fi was included in the price. The restaurant had the best food and the service was excellent.

Unavoidable, but smoking is allowed virtually anywhere in the Czech Republic and therefore the rooms are permeated with the smell of stale smoke. Smoke also seeps through the door frame into the room from the lobby below at night.

Comfortable room, hospitality of the staff, good language (English) knowledge, reasonable prices.

Condition of the lift, difficult parking possibilities

This was a beautiful small hotel near the market square with a friendly and helpful staff.

If you arrive by driving a car it can be difficult to find parking unless you are willing to pay 15 euro for 12 hours of secure parking or park on the street 10 minutes or so from the hotel. Prices for hotels of this quality are higher in Brno than Prague so expect ot pay more.

Very very difficult to find - is in a pedestrian area [2 hour journey from the airport]

W pokoju byl ekspres do kawy, co uwazam za udogodnienie. Niestety za kawe trzeba bylo zaplacic. To nie jest tani hotel i takie rzeczy powinny byc w cenie pokoju.

Viihtyisä pieni hotelli kauniissa vanhassa rakennuksessa. Erinomainen sijainti. Tulisin uudestaan samaan hotelliin.

Grosszügiges, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Schönes Bad. Sehr sauber.

Schwer zu finden, da Lage in der Fussgängerzone und Zufahrt ab 09.00 Uhr gesperrt. Infolge täglichem Markt am nahen Platz praktisch unmöglich, überhaupt einen PP zu finden, um sich zum Hotel durchzufragen.
