Breakfast was very nicely presented and had a good selection to choose from, tasty and fresh. The room was pleasant to stay in and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good for us as we were attending a wedding and we could walk to the places we needed to get to or else take a short taxi ride. Overall we were pleased with the hotel, its location, friendly helpful staff and breakfasts on this our first staff at the hotel. We would staff at it again.

It is very romantic hotel. The breakfast is very different and delicious. The location of this hotel is comfortable for walking with child. It was situated near the big park Spilberk.

It is a pity that 2 restaurants didnt work.

Very polite and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room with good facilities.

Friendly and helpful staff (despite limitations in English). Recommended very nice restaurant round the corner which we would have missed if we'd just gone out and looked for one.

We had room 402 at the top of the building. This was a very nice room except for the supporting posts and the sloping ceiling.

Decor is rather dark and could feel a ittle oppressive if you at all that way inclined. There were no walk in showers, only showers with a bath. My mother is partially disabled and could not climb over the edge of the bath to use the shower. So she had to strip wash for four days! There should be more than one room in a hotel of this quality with a walk in shower.

The hotel is very well located in a pedestrian street. Rooms are small, but nicely decorated and have adequate comfort.

Great location, beautifully decorated with real care taken to give it a romantic and interesting atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, clean, good breakfast and good value for money. Would certainly stay there again.

The pillows were rather flat and unsupportive, and the beds were perhaps a little hard.

Det var som att komma in i ett annat århundrande när vi klev in på hotellet. Kände mig som en kunglighet på rummet. Rummet var inrett i tunga gardiner och målningar på fönstren. Bekväma sängar och fint sängöverkast och kuddar. Personlig frukost och lagom med gäster. Superfin bar. Service inriktad personal fanns alltid lösningar.
