The hotel exceeded my expectations - the whole experience was far too short and was a great place to start or brif holiday in the Czech republic.

I haveused this hotel many time always great.

Room was really good and comfortable. Lots of fruits for breakfast, free wi-fi, no noise from the street, and of course beautiful interiors. Located in the centre, so if you come for leisure it's a best place you.

The only disadvantage is that the room was quite small, - we were in Deluxe Double Room with 1 Large Double. Perhaps of the bed, it's really huge))

The personal was very friendly and the hotel is good equipped. The location close to downtown is preferable.

Superb central location, yet very quiet both from outside and within the hotel. Four star luxury within a small, cosy and friendly atmosphere. Very wide choice and delicious breakfast. All staff efficient, helpful and friendly.

No bar staff on duty & receptionist unable to serve drinks. Baroque decoration of room with stain glass in windows & dark green ceiling. Unique hotel perhaps the most different in which I have ever stayed.

Loved the designs of the ceilings, and stained glass windows, lovely old tiled boilers in room. Buffett breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful, friendly and approachable.

We booked three rooms and all were lovely in decor and facilities. All three of us commented on how well we slept and how peaceful and tranquil the location was. The breakfast select was superb. My only comment is that I should not have to have chased the waitress to arrange for the cook to prepare extra eggs and hot meats. This felt reflected poor management training. Even so, it was one of the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. And I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world. The receptionist was extremely courteous in allowing us to check out of one of the rooms later in preperations for our business meeting.

Strange man loitering in reception when we booked in. Not sure what he was doing. Would have been nice if he or another member of staff showed us to our rooms. And helped with the luggage.

The hotel is very different and it was historic, but comfortable, and in a great location.

The only thing I did not like was that it was too warm in the rooms.

The Royal Ricc is conveniently located in the center of Brno on a quiet street within a l0 minute walk to the train station and bus terminal. The shops area, many tourist attractions and open air vegetable market is but a stone’s throw away. This hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and found it quiet and peaceful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Everything. Very charming and beautiful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Especially in helping us with a minor automobile problem Brno is also a charming city. Our only complaint is that we could only stay one night! We had to leave very early in the morning and they prepared a travel breakfast for us as we unfortunately were not able to enjoy the ambience of their delightful breakfast room

The staff was extremely helpful and forthcoming. In addition, you could see on a number of small details that the hotel really tries to make your stay pleasant. Everything was clean and the breakfast buffet was very well stocked. The wellness area was a bit sparse but still a very pleasant thing to do on a rainy Sunday morning.

It's a bit out of hand and not entirely easy to find. (Gps would be good, but there is also a number of signs leading to the hotel once you're in the area.) Nevertheless, the hotel offers free shuttle service to nearest public transport stops, and a taxi to the centre is also affordable (about 10 eur).

Hotel is very well located right in the middle of the centre. The rooms were not very big but they have everything which you need and they are clean. The breakfast was also good. I would definately book this hotel again my next visit.

This hotel was elegant and charming. The hotel was lovely decorated as well as the rooms. The staff was charming, helpful and very professional. The hotel breakfast was lovely and with many choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes smaller hotels and with convenience to the old part of town.

Location right in the city.

A problem at moment is access to hotel by car due to roadworks in area but this is passing
