La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel-la localisation de l hotel en centre ville mais dans une rue pietonne et calme. L accés en voiture n est pas facile ,car il y à de nombreux travaux; |

Hôtel de charme occupant une position centrale très agréable, personnel dévoué et aimable comme un peu partout en Tchéquie Une chaleur étouffante dans une chambre, la 404, dont il est impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et une climatisation ancienne tout juste suffisante. Un côté charme mais limite vieillot. Un taux de change 10% supérieur au cours officiel ! Difficile d'y arriver en voiture et surtout d'en partir (Jour de marché !) |

Très bien situé, fort confortable ( même si les chambres sont petites ) doté d'un restaurant correct et d'un personnel aimable, avec un décor original (kitsch d'une époque bien marquée) cet hôtel nous a enchantés et nous le recommandons vivement. Deux très petits bémols : dans la chambre, impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir de l'air frais malgré le conditionnement d'air., Dans tout l'hôtel, restaurant compris, personne ne parle le français mais bien un anglais sans problème. |

This was a beautiful small hotel near the market square with a friendly and helpful staff. If you arrive by driving a car it can be difficult to find parking unless you are willing to pay 15 euro for 12 hours of secure parking or park on the street 10 minutes or so from the hotel. Prices for hotels of this quality are higher in Brno than Prague so expect ot pay more. |

Very clean room and good breakfast. This breakfast facility gives a lot of choices. When you take all the choices, you will end up having lunch and breakfast together.The rooms were quiet, but I had a room at the back side of the hotel |

the room was great ... 303 could not connect to Internet even the staff on duty could not connect on my laptop ... however at restaurants in brno and other places I traveled wifi work well |

Location was excellant. Very picturesque, boutique hotel. The lady at the reception was very dismissive and offhand. Very little information in English. We saw no staff at breakfast the first day and had to work out the routine ourselves. |

Hotel was very nice, small old historical house, location perfect (but not if you come with a car). Room was pretty, rather small and fairly quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately did not have time to try the restaurant otherwise. |
