prawie nic. fatalny stan pokoju - klimatyzacja hałasowała jak ciężarówka a w pokoju było chyba ze 30 st.C. W pokoju było tylko jedno malutkie okienko, był zaduch, stan armatury w łązience fatalny, posadzka w pokoju i łazience była wręcz odpychająca. Był to jeden z najgorszych hoteli, jakie odwiedzaliśmy. Absolutnie nie odpowiada 4 gwiazdkom!!! |

położenie holelu choć trudno trafic tak, recepcjonistka, która domagala się nazwy strony internetowej dzieki której zrobiłam booking,po podrózy byłam zmęczona a rezerwacja była robiona na moje nazwisko i to powinno wystarczyć, zepsuta lampka przy lustrze, rozsypująca się suszarka do włosów i martwe muchy w kinkiecie nad łóżkiem.Cienka kołdra i brak koca i było mi zimno w nocy.Brak klimatyzacji. |

Hotel was very nice, small old historical house, location perfect (but not if you come with a car). Room was pretty, rather small and fairly quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately did not have time to try the restaurant otherwise. |

The hotel is of top standard. It's clean, it's comfortable, the staff is professional yet very friendly and helpful. It also has a lot of character and is completely different to the rest in Brno. The location is perfect, it's right in the city centre but it is very quiet inside and very private. |

Perod decor and intimate. Problems finding your way to the hotel once you arrived in Brno. The hotel is in a pedestrian area so its difficult to drive your car to the hotel entrance. |

Location - so close to the centre and easy access to public transport Room was very dark making it difficult to read in the bedroom. Additional lights would be good. Room was rather small for the price but then there is little you can do as it is a historic building |

Wonderful hotel. Great location in the lovely old downtown area of Brno. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms (superior doubles) are spacious and lovely. Lots of old world character with modern amenities. The suite, room 103, is especially lovely and is great for entertaining. Due to current road construction it was hard to find the hotel by car on arrival. The road, which was actually open to local traffic, was marked with do not enter signs -- quite confusing to the non-Czech speaking traveller. |

The hotel is in the center of Brno with easy walking access to restaurants and shops. The hotel was very difficult to find. With construction blocking access on several roads, we drove in circles around the pedestrian-only zone and eventually called the hotel for directions. The hotel sign is not visible from either end of the street it is located on, which is marked as a pedestrian-only street, making it difficult to locate from a car. |

From first contact staff were really helpful. Our our flight was cancelled due to a major technical problem at airport. We arrived a day late. No charge was made. Result we stayed an extra day.any time we needed something staff were right there to help. I feel the hotel is overpriced by about 20% when the location(brno czech republic) is taken in to account.in fairness I have paid an awful lot more for a totally inferior service elsewhere. |

The hotel is somewhat affordable if your compare it to others, and it is well located (right in the pedestrian downtown). The breakfast was very good. The rooms ant the bathrooms are small, and you have to let the concierge park your car in their parking. |
