Freundliches Personal; keine Lärmbelästigung im Zimmer (gute Schallisolierung); Anwendungen (Gesundheitsbereich) empfehlenswert;allgemeines Wohlfühlen wird gern bestätigt. TV im Zimmer nur 3 deutsche Programme + Verkaufs-Sender etwas wenig. |

zentrale Lage, die Zimmer waren akzeptabel Das Hotel verfügte nicht über das angebotene/gebuchte Angebot. Sauna, Fitness, Schwimmbad waren nicht vorhanden. Im Hotel war es sehr laut, ab 07:00 nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken, da das Hotelpersonal zum Schichtbeginn eintraf, auf den Gängen vor den Zimmern rauchte, palaverte, Türen knallen ließ, ab 08:00 die Flure saugte. Luft sehr schlecht, überall Zigarettenrauch, der in die Zimmer zog. |

Die zentrale Lage und der Blick auf den schönen Stadtteil Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die angegebenen Aktivitäten nicht den Beschreibungen entsprechen. Es gab zwar die Möglichkeit eine Massage zu buchen, aber Freizeitaktivitäten wie: Fitnesscenter, Casino, Billard, Bowling, Hammam, Hallenbad, Schwimmbad (außen) stehen nicht im Hotel zur Verfügung. Das 'Spa & Wellness Center' befindet sich im Keller und lädt nicht gerade ein. |
