Hotel Ruze

We really like to room - the Castle view was a killer and my partner loved the furniture.Lady at the reception was ever so helpful and gentleman who took our luggages and parked our car was brilliant. a true benefit to the hotel!

Morning staff were quite grumpy and no one has asked what we like to drink.

The decor was stunning - medieval mixed with modernity. The hotel has obviously been very thoughtfully fitted out to suit its location and period. There are a huge number of tapestries and paintings - okay, so not original tapestries, but excellent nevertheless. You feel as though you are staying in an old monastery. Our room was also spacious.

In a hotel of this class, one would expect a larger shower (and larger shower head), rather than a little shower over a bath. It's always good to find an iron and ironing board in a hotel room, but this hotel did not have these items. (I didn't ask at Reception - maybe there was a separate ironing room somewhere). It's also nice to have your own tea or coffee making facilities in your room - again lacking.

Its historical building is great.But the clothes the staffs wearing looked cheesy, if they wanna do something traditional, better to wear better quality one since it is 5 star hotel, I think.

We reserved 2 twin rooms and 1 single.Single room was great, big for one, can be for couple, nice bed, but regarding 2 twins, one was the corner room, so big and comfy, plus nice view from the window, but the other was smaller and those 4 was a group so smaller room ppl felt bit unfair...I can understand it is difficult for a hotel, could be happened to everybody,just unfortunate.(not complaints) Also I know most Czech traditional hotel have this, but each bed for twin room is small for normal western sized people, I think.

Food was fairly good.

Single room was too small and cramped. Size of a 3 star hotel. I checked out into another in the same town for the next night.

The area is amazing. Our view of the castle was wonderful. The room and the bathroom were good size and nicely appointed. The patio area for dinners was lovely.

There was a very unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

抜群のロケーション。かつて修道院に使われた歴史的ビルディング。

ホテルのサウナが予約制であり、1時間に一組（2人とか）しか使わせないので、利用できなかった。水着使用- なのに何故1時間に一組なのか理解不能。

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung gleich in Deutsch, nettes Personal auch im Speisesaal, Essen gut, unkomplizierte Abrechnung auch in Euro. Ein schöner Aufenthalt auch für nächsten Sommer geplant, dann etwas länger!

Zimmer top ....

Rest eher ein Flop. (Spa, Frühstück,...)

ホテルのスタッフは団体客の受け入れで忙しそうでしたが、笑顔を絶やさずとても気持ちのよい対応をしていた- だきました。レストランは天井が高く広く、空いていて居心地がよかったです。

宿泊料金が高すぎる気がします。スタンダードに宿泊したため、期待していた木製のレトロなトイレはなく普通- の3★レベルのバスルームだったのが残念です。建物が古い分ドアのしまりが悪かったり家具に使いにくさを感- じました。

Lage im Zentrum, Service im Restaurantund auf Terrasse, Wenn Zimmer zur Moldau, dann ruhig, excellentes Restaurant, tolles Ambiente im Kloster

Entree etwas eigenartig, die beiden Figurinen (Landsknechte) schrecken eher ab, Auskünfte etwas mühsam (kaum Deutsch) Beim Bezahlen kein €-Wechselgeld, Bestellungen (Boot, Theater uvam.) vom Hotel kaum möglich, nur eine Kraft am Check-in, daher lange Wartezeit bei etwaiger Info-Einholung!

Cena v žádném případě neodpovídá kvalitě ! Malý pokoj, personal nekomunikuje, na snídaních stoly bez ubrusů. Hotel nutno zařadit do *** maximum.
