Hotel Ruze  

Very bad taste and cheap quality on every detail. Too dark. It is not a 5 stars hotel, as they claim. It is an expensive 3 stars hotel. I intended to stay two nights, and decided to leave one day earlyer.

Its a beautiful property with superb location

Rooms - I have made this booking more then 2 weeks in advance asking for a king size bed. Upon my arrival no one has notify me I got room with a single bed, and quite a small one. The room is not a 5 star standard, more like a 3 star. No desk ( no place to eat or put my laptop on ), no water cattle, and I could hear everything what is happening in a hallway. Toilet...ok, it supposed to be like a kings toilet or so ( fitted in to a wooden "armchair" ), but I could just sit on it. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet - I'm sorry to say, for 5 star hotel.....big joke!!! I just don't understand how this could be a 5 star hotel, it feels like 3 star.

Hotel Ruze is in an excellent location for visiting Cesky Krumlov. We walked every where, with no need for taxis. Our room, while old, was nicely refurbished and big, with full amenities. The staff was very helpful in arranging services for us (though a bit under-staffed at the front desk). Very nice hotel.

According to Kromlovhotels.cz "The Hotel Ruze is now a luxurious five star hotel...." We were disappointed in that this "five star" hotel came no where close to other five star hotels we've stayed. It might be the best in Cesky Krumlov (and it certainly was very nice), but I wouldn't rate it with 5 stars in the international arena. So, be prepared to expect lesser standards. The price, however, is comparable to other 5 star hotels, so pricey.

An excellent location to explore this medieval town. Wait staff for drinks on the terrace and breakfast excellent. Excellent for groups to enjoy the atmosphere of the town. Room rate was expensive however the. Best in the town and our room was upgraded. Thank you

No concierge. And hotel set up for groups and not for Couples travelling independently. Parking a good walk away from hotel and advisable to get good directions to hotel as it's not easy to find

Location, location, location

Very noisy from drums played by mad men very close to room.

gefallen hat mir das frühstück auf der wunderbaren terasse mit blick aus wasser und den park.

es muss mehr auf nachhaltigkeit geachtet werden. das reinigungspersonal muss geschult werden, dass nur die im waschbecken befindlichen handtücher ausgetauscht werden - nicht alle!!!!! die vögel im käfig beim eingang sind völlig unzeitgemäß.lebende tiere gehören in die freiheit nicht in gefangenschaft.derartige dinge schrecken tierfreunde leider wirklich ab.

Maga az épület, a belső berendezés romantikája.

Megpróbáltak tetőtéri szobát adni (ahol hideg volt) a delux foglalási szobának.

バスの終点からも近く、目の前にお城を望めるロケーションでとてもよかったです。お部屋も清潔でした。

バスタブが故障していたのか、お湯がためることができなかった。また、バスタブのスライド式のカーテンも故- 障していた。ドアを閉める音などが少し気になった。

部屋が広く、修道院に泊まれるというところは良かった。 バスルームも清潔感もありオシャレだった。 接客をのぞいての評価は良いと思う

スタッフの接客はあまり良くない。 荷物をとってほしいと伝えたときもあごでさされ自分でとれといった感じで気分が悪くなる接客だった。

Kaunis historiallinen rakennus ja tilava viihtyisä rakennuksen tyyliin sisustettu huone (de luxe-huone). Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Pysäköintipaikka on n. 500 m hotellista mutta henkilökunta ajoi auton sinne puolestamme. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja kauniilla säällä sen voi nauttia myös ulkoterassilla josta näköala Vltava joelle. Emme testanneet hotellin ravintolaa mutta ruokalista vaikutti lupaavalta. Saunan ja allasosaston (poreallas ja uima-allas) pystyi varaamaan yksityiskäyttöön pientä korvausta vastaan. Hotelli sijaitsee vanhan kaupungin alueella ja keskusaukio sekä upea linna ovat vain pienen kävelymatkan päässä.

Kotiinlähtö tuli liian pian ;)

Non e' un vero 5 stelle ma si sta bene lo stesso
