私が滞在した日は、急激に寒さがぶり返した日で、何と！部屋の暖房が効かず、廊下に出た方が暖かいという具- 合でした。此処で風邪を引くと大変なので、何とか深夜にファンヒーターを借りたのですが・・・。ホテルスタ- ッフも出来る限りの事はしてくれたので感謝してますが、４月とはいえ、あの寒さの厳しい地で暖房が利かない- 部屋を提供されるとは夢にも思わず。部屋の快適さは★の数とは関係ないと思い知らされました。私の運が悪か- っただけなんですけど。それを除けば、趣のある良いホテルだと思います。部屋の設えも可愛らしく、レストラ- ンのお料理も美味しいし。 |

フロントの対応がとてもよかったです。今までのレビューを見てお部屋の清潔さが心配でしたが、掃除もいきと- どいてました。 しいて言えば、朝食ブッフェの品数が少し寂しかったです。 |

The area is amazing. Our view of the castle was wonderful. The room and the bathroom were good size and nicely appointed. The patio area for dinners was lovely. There was a very unpleasant odor in the bathroom. |

In a pretty setting Innkeeper gave us poor directions where to park car & got tied up in traffic in the village. Had to carry our own luggage to the car park & to our room. We had to have room key to get out of car park and she did not tell us. Had to chase down the bartender. This is not a 5 Star Hotel; bad experience with lady at front desk who we dealt with on the above |

Very pleasnat, large, charming room. I thought that the coffee in the morning - breakfast- should have been more fresh. Also the food in the restaurant (dinner) was mediocre. |

The breakfast was excellent. It was the best breakfast I had during my trip to Europe-wonderful cakes, and a wide variety of other foods. Overpriced. The room was ordinary. We requested two beds. One was a single bed, and the other a double. For the price we paid, two double beds was more appropriate. We did not get adequate help with questions regarding our visit to the city. There was no concierge. The receptionist sent us to the bus station to buy advance tickets for the bus to Prague. |

I chose the hotel mainly for its historic authenticity. However, I did not find in the rooms any history which would have been nice. I thought that the breakfast buffet could have had a better selection of fresh fruit. Also I did not find any private computer access. we had just come from Hotel Josef in Prague where a lovely room with computers, printer & free water was available. Many younger travelers (& older ones) have come to expect this service in a luxury hotel. |

Die Gebäudesubstanz ist beeindruckend, das Hotel ist äußerst komfortabel in wunderschöner Lage. Die Rezeptionistin war besonders zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Dokumentation über die Sudetendeuschen war unpassend und meiner Meinung nach falsch. |

Le calme, le silence, le bruit de la rivière par la fenetre, la qualité du lit, le cadre historique bien préservé ,même si un peu pesant,la situation en plein coeur du village. le décor un peu lourd et l'absence de petits plus qu'on trouve habituellement dans ces hotels de luxe pour vous accueillir dans la chambre ( une bouteille d'eau offerte, un petit chocolat, quelques fruits...) |

de enorme klantvriendelijke benadering van het personeel dat bereid is het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te laten verlopen. de keuken is goed en de kamers zijn ruim van opzet. Over helemaal niets was ik ontevreden, al heb ik wel een opmerking. het personeel gaat gekleed in historiserende kostuums en dat had voor mij niet gehoeven. het gebouw is ook hier en daar op een historiserende manier verfraaid, maar dat hindert niet. de klederdracht wekt in mijn ogen een onnodige quasi historische sfeer en geeft mij een wat ongemakkelijk gevoel. |

Die Lage, ist einzigartig.Die Außenterasse groß und Blick auf die Moldau. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Räume ist sehenswert, originell, passend zum . Das Zimmer war sehr gut geheizt, die Heizung ist digital einstellbar. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit sehr angenehm anzukommen.Schön, dass Sauna und Massage angeboten wird zum günstigen Preis. Frühstück ist gut und wird sehr gut betreut. Eine große Bar vorhanden, jedoch wird nicht bewirtschaftet. Ein Schild mit dem Hinweis" an die Rezeption ", bringt auch nur ein Kopfschütteln. Die Minibar ist wenig bestückt. Aber verhältnismäßig teuer. Der Pool ist sehr klein und auch die Sauna. Aber immerhin vorhanden. |
