I like the luxury environment, the quiet street, and the view from the Hotel. I like that near the centre of Karlovy Vary downtown. I do not like that the stuff speaks very low level English. I could not explaind a lot of thing. I hated that the wifi did not work. Today a luxury hotel must have working wifi. |

1. Staff on the night duty kew nothing about public bath. Need to educate her even though she is just for night time service. 2. Limited information to the guests on the availability of in-house pool adn other amenity. No such information was made available beforehand. |

The stuffs is nice and kind. Nice Room We were in the Room 5th floor. There is too much niose.The room is near the lift. The lift makes noise when it works. The bed makes noise. The refrigeratory makes noise. |

Great bathroom with a wonderfully large bathtub to soak. The room was very classic in decor, elegant and comfortable. THe staff were very helpful and accomodating. The location was right in the center of things making it easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The hotel restaurant served very good food at reasonable prices. The wirlpool sauna room was dissapointing. |

Very beautifull room. Hotel is recently renovated with attention to details. Very good isolation from noice. At night sitting on the balconny listening to to the violinmusic from the restaurant below was very romantic. Free use of sauna and wirlpool. Right in the centre of karlovy vary Parking is high on the hill above the hotel. With risk of fine you can bring the car down to unload. This is after you have managed to find the hotel. It is well hidden in the pedestian zone without any signs on the way. |

The hotel is new, comfortable, situated in the center, has a good cookery. The work of waiters should be improved. This hotel is lacking in descents for perambulators. |

zentrale Lage; saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon; Ambiente, neu renovierte Zimmer und Bad Rezeption- kaum Englisch, kein Deutsch, nur Tschechisch und Russisch; kein Parkplatz; allerdings neue Parkgarage etwa 500 Meter entfernt (Weg dorthin allerdings sehr beschwerlich). |

Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal in dem Hotel übernachtet. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption, Dienst am Wochenende, ist ausgesprochen mangelhaft ausgebildet. So war die Mitarbeiterin bei Abreise nicht in der Lage, die Hotelrechnung und Rechnung Minibar zu trennen. Die Bedienung der EDV war ihr nicht vertraut! Die ganze Prozedur dauerte ca. 0,5h, mit dem Ergebnis, die Zimmerrechnung handschriftlich zu erstellen. Für ein Hotel mit 4-Sternen unakzeptabel!! |

Einrichtung im Hotel war sehr schoen. Lichtschacht in der Decke des Schlafzimmers und keiner Verdunkelungsmoeglichkeiten, so dass es schon sehr frueh morgens extrem hell im Zimmer war und man nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Das Abendessen war fuer tschechische Verhaeltnisse relativ teuer, dafuer bekam man dann zaehes Fleisch mit Fertig-Sosse und "geschmacksneutralen" Kloessen serviert. Der Salat machte keinen frischen Eindruck u Fertigsos |
