friendly staff at reception parking place available on request, parking on the street is not allowed (pedestrian street) location: easy to explore the town on foot When we made the room reservation, we asked for a parking place through "guest comments". We didn't receive any answer,on our arrival the hotel staff didn't know anyrhing about our request. We were lucky there was a place free in the small hotelparking.

location is excellent. Keep in mind that the hotel is in the pedestrian zone and therefor hard to reach by car. Temperature of the water in the shower varies from boiling hot to ice cold. This makes taking a shower verry uncomforatable! Hotel parking is situated 5 mins walk uphill.

We booked a superior room (only 10€ more than a normal room). This was a real first class room with balcony on the main walking boulevard of Karlovy Vary. Luxuous bath room, antique decoration, bathrobes, ... Value for your money. We choose this hotel because it was one of the only hotels in the pedestrian city center that offered a private (free) parking. But this was a big disillusion. It took us an uphill walk of more than 10 minutes to get to the parking place. And for unloading and loading the luggage we had to take twice the risk of a police penalty for driving in a pedestrian zone without permit.

Hotel is right on river in Karlovy Vary and close to everything there. Nice olf-fashioned hotel with high ceilings, antique furnishings, nice breakfast. Lovely old place. For every positive there seems to be a negative. Location on river means convoluted, steep drive down to it and difficult parking. Old world charm means problems with no AC (and it was quite hot when we stayed there). One morning there was inadequate hot water. \ \ So a great deal depends upon what you like and what you will accept for beautiful old world charm at a quite reasonable price.

Great location. Staff very friendly. Pillows are too soft and only provided one per person. Jacuzzi was not hot on both days when we were there which was disappointing. The stuff said that it took time to heat up. If this is the costant problem for hotel guests then the hotel should prepare the facilities way beforehand.

Наерное лучшее месторасположение, прекрасный вид из окон, русскоговорящий персонал, очень уютный и тихий отель. 2 минуса - неочень большие номера и, на мой взгляд, бедноватый завтрак. Хотя последнее на вкус и цвет.....

Velice ochotný a milý personál hotelu. Příjemná atmosféra připomínající rodinný podnik. Wellness centrum je bohužel k dispozici jen omezeně a pouze na předchozí rezervaci.

Gute Lage im historischen Badeviertel; TOP Abendessen (sehr frische, hervorragende Zubereitung, unbedingt probieren); sehr stilvolle, gepflegte Einrichtung, geräumiges Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, freundliche Rezeption; bei Barzahlung (Kronen oder Euro) zusätzlich 5% Rabatt Die Bedienung beim Abendessen, einer junger Spund, war lustlos und nicht sehr freundlich, wenn er weiter in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel arbeiten will, muß er noch viel lernen; einige Schönheitsfehler im Bad (Wasserprobleme in der Dusche, Spiegellampen defekt, einige Schmutzränder in der Dusche, Waschbecken verstopft): hier muß dran gearbeitet werden!
