Salvator Hotel

Liked the location, the room was great with nice balcony overviewing the street, nice big bath and floorheating in the bathroom, big bed (deluxe double room)

Small breakfastroom was full, wanted to eat with four so receptionist wanted to offer seat outside in 10 degrees asked the receptionist to give us a ring in the room, but after 30min checked ourselves and plenty of space no call from reception. Poor selection of breakfast most of it gone at 9.30 asked for scrambled eggs but that was too much effort for the cook so it did not happen

1. Staff on the night duty kew nothing about public bath. Need to educate her even though she is just for night time service. 2. Limited information to the guests on the availability of in-house pool adn other amenity. No such information was made available beforehand.
