Hotel was very close to main town area within a minute we were at the Palladium shopping centre where there are plenty of shops for food and shopping. Plenty of cabs waiting at the top of our road which was great. Very big rooms with plenty of space and ample room for storage. Breakfast was very nice as well. Cannot fault this hotel in any way.
Everything was better than expected. The staff went out of their way to get us tickets to the ballet and we were delighted.
The room is very comfortable, the bed large and the hotel well situated
Everything was fine, we have nothing bad. I intend to return as soon as possible
Great location close to transport, shopping, restaurants etc. 12 mins walk to Charles Bridge. Big room, clean, quiet at night and helpful staff.
Some noise in am, due to courtyard layout sounds travel but we were up anyway so wasn't a problem for us.
Very close to the city centre and to the metro stop. Wifi working perfectly. Big room. Good looking building.
I enjoyed that the hotel was literally just around the corner from the old town! The rooms were warm and simply decorated, the shower was fantastically powerful and the value for money is great when you and 3sharing 2 rooms.
Unfortunately we did not get 1 of the 6 car park spaces from the hotel. We parked one night in the close by car park which cost us 700kronen!!crazy
The location is very central. They upgraded us to a bigger room for the same price and it was huge!Very clean and with everything necessary. There's a tourist information office at the entrance, and the staff is extra friendly and helpful.
Construction workers across the street, a bit loud at times but nothing relevant since we woke up early every day to tour.
The location is amazing The staff was very friendly Price was good Metro 2 min walking Great shopping locations 5 min away Old town 10 min walk
A bit noisy at night you can hear some noise as rooms are very close to each other and windows face the corridor
proximity to the rail station and shopping malls
less privacy Small room
the location is excellent. Right in the middle of the city center. Large and comfortable room, elevator, 24h reception, free wifi and coffee and tea.
Wifi only worked in the toilet. We booked a twin bed room and gor the room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed which was not very convinient.
Very central and in close walking distance to the city center. Just 1 minute to Palladium shopping center. Great restaurant in house.
Location, Large apartment number 35 two bedrooms with two toilets for three people.
Door to the bathroom- slide with holes- no privacy at all
I stayed in the apartment, which is located differently than hotel and which was fully equipped (washing machine, kitchen ware, microwave etc), very quiet, nice guy at reception. Breakfast was ok, available at 7.30 with 8€. Located very close to bus station and quite close to city center.
I didn't know that apartment had different location than hotel itself and was bit annoying to walk after long day to wrong address and then continue to right one, even though distance is not that long.
Big, big rooms with loads of space and high ceilings.I love big rooms ! We even had an extra bed added for one night for my daughter without being cramped - that's a real plus. A huge comfortable bed - must have been King size I nearly lost my wife in it... Good shower etc. Quality breakfast with more than enough choice. We only ate once in the restaurant in the evening and it was really good too. Very friendly staff. Helpful at all times. Will definately be back in the springtime. But above all this is a really great location just away from the noisier parts of Prague. 25mins taxi from the airport. Oh and there is a Tourist Information office in the entrance. What more could you want. We bought tickets for concerts directly there. The Prague Symphonic Orchestra plays just 5 minutes away.
Wifi was a bit weak in our room which was no big deal for us but I wasn't working. The road outside is paving stones - like all central Prague - so a bit noisy for passing cars - we were 2nd floor roadside so maybe courtside would be quieter if you're a really light sleeper but really it's a small detail and it's probably the same everywhere.
location-close to the old square cosy friendly staff
The hotel room was large, comfortable, clean. The hotel is built around a courtyard, so one has to step outside in the cold to have breakfast and go to reception. I am sure it is wonderful in warm weather, but less inviting in December. Well-located within easy walk to many sites as well as shops and restaurants but away from the crowds. Our room was completely quiet. Also, friendly staff.
The wifi signal in the room was too weak to use except when sitting in the hallway outside the bathroom. I would like to be able to use the internet in a more comfortable and efficient manner, so perhaps a better server is in order. The breakfast is not so good for those who don't eat pork and also for vegetarians.
We booked and paid for a double room but were given two connected rooms each containing a double bed. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable - perhaps not luxurious but spot on in the 3 star range. I really liked the large bedside lamps with black shades and large bases painted in old gold. The bathroom was really lovely - very large, modern, warm and clean. There were boxes with tea bags at the reception so guests could help themselves when they run out. The price is very reasonable.
We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were terrific and helpful I loved the old style of the reception and rooms great location and breakfast.
sometimes the wifi cut out
good access to city center
the building seemed to require renovation..
We liked the helpful staff, the food in the hotel's restaurant and the central location and parking.
We were not so happy with having to sit right next to the bedroom door to get a wifi signal (room 41) and the lever shower tap which was too easy to knock by mistake.
Location comfortable hotel Lovely restaurant Friendly tourist office Very enjoyable stay
Location , informed staff , perfect for tourists
The inside of room visible from outside coridor- not good for honeymoonmakers:-) Car parking complicated nearby public garage
The location was great! everything was in walking distance. Really nice hotel, clean and lovely staff
not too many places to charge your cell in the room
LOCATION is great, it is very close to the Prague Old Town. WIFI is fast and stable. RESTAURANT and a BAR on site. TOURIST INFO office on site too, which can help you with the best route to walk on. RECEPTION that opens 24/7 i guess. BILLIARD and CHESS tables on LG. There's a LIFT provided. The room is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and has a nice scent.
