Location - near the centre Reasonable price Clean premises Clean and modern toilet and shower
it is in a central position, easy walking distance for the main attractions. Lovely time of the year to visit with the Xmas markets and decorations, also street performers. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Taxi organised through hotel for pick up from airport, perfect. Check for first floor rooms if you are like me and don't like the glass lift in the middle of garden area, although there are stairs.
What was there NOT TO LIKE!!!!!!!!!! Great in every way.
The suite we received for a group of three ladies travelling together was excellent with a bathroom, separate toilet, two bedrooms and a large area for relaxing. The staff were friendly and the hotel is very central within close walking distance of a large shopping mall as well as the old town square, Charles Bridge and many Christmas markets. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay and was perfectly adequate for our needs. Very reasonable price and good hotel.
There was a smoky smell throughout the hotel, but I suppose that's to be expected in a European hotel with an outdoor courtyard. The rooms are arranged around it so the smoke tends to drift upwards. Other than that everything was fine.
Found the staff very helpful from being picked up at Airport. On check in and for duration of stay. Lovely chap drove us back to Airport. Great location walked everywhere. Will go back Thanks for lovely break.
room size food hospitality
I have stayed here before and it is an amazing hotel. Huge beautiful rooms. Hotel with character and brilliantly located. Amazingly cheap rates. Disappointed this time to be moved to their apartments.
The apartment was superb but we had not come prepared for self catering and we were not given tea and coffee facilities.
helpful staff great location price equipment of appartment the appartment was clean
view from window was limited, but that was not a big issue since I was out in the city for the most of the time. Besides, that is something one should expect in city center.
the location is PERFECT! the room is clean. great visitor's information. very cool, old, funky building
staff a bit stuffy. for such a cool place, i would expect staff to be friendly.
location, size of room, very clean, convenient bed
the best location ever, very close to everything , i really had a blust
A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and warm just perfect after a busy day.
Be careful when you shower it has a bit of a life of its own and can turn the bathroom into a wet room.
Noisy with residents yelling and elevator noise constant
I did a reservation one week in advance, confirmed by phone 3 days in advance, again. When I was on hotel reception, I get a message, that hotel is by mistake fully booked and I have to go to other hotel , or better to apartment without breakfeast possiblity on another place in the city. Never more this hotel. They were not able to organize even taxi for a transport and they offer was umbrella because of freezing rain outside. Never more. Well, OK, I can understand that mistakes are posible, but get the message by stuff that "you have to go to another place in the city " is really tough
The rooms are very big with many beds. Nice and warm, it was cold outside. And it was quiet. We loved the Restaurant downstairs. La Bocca: great food and service outstanding.
There was a bit of construction going on around us, no big deal but all the workers smoke cigarettes. Also smoking is allowed in the restaurant. Hard to imagine when you come from Canada.
Perfect location, easy to go around. Helpful staff.
The bed linens and the towels not clean enough!
The Boca restuarant on the ground floor and also where breakfast is served is amazing.Their Spanish tapas and cuisine are excellent.
Very central and convenient to city centre and public transport. Bedroom was a fine size.
Breakfast just ok but better value and variety in a host of eateries in the Palladium shopping centre 200m up the road.
Almost everything fine.
My wife said that pillows on beads can be in better quality.
Nice spacy room, good location, hotel with atmosphere, ideal for the couples
Our room was nice and spacious bedroom overlooking a quiet backyard. Excellent location. Good sized palladium mall and square about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The tourist office attached to the hotel very informative and helpful. Booked our coach to Vienna from the office.
Even though we have our room on the attic that should be reached through the stairs from the top floor, we don't mind at all. The room is very cozy, the bed was comfortable and the equipments are just right. The staffs are very helpful and and the location is perfect just next to Paladium, walking distance to the old city, metro station, restaurants and for me, Asian mini supermarket is just on the corner. It is a right hotel to see the beautiful city of Prague.
None so far.
Location. Brilliant - easy walk to all the key sites. Room. Big, very clean and lovely bed. Tourist information - on site.
Lighting. The room really could have done with better lighting. Very dim.
Location just in the city center and a few steps from Namesti Republic Metro Station. There was boiler and you could get free tea or coffee bag and of course sugar and milk at the reception. A safe in the room was also present, and a mini frigobar. Overall it was a comfortable room.
Tiny room, no heater in the bathroom. There was a small water leak beneath the shower. Tiny wall, if your neighbourgh are noisy that could be a trouble.
Location fantastic, short walk to everything in the centre. Good restaurant, and the one next door also good for Czech food and proper Beer. Don't miss the Estates theatre if you can for Mozart. Leave at least 2 minutes for the clock in old town square, worth going up the tower for the views.
