The location of the hotel is excellent and our room was very
spacious and comfortable. The food in La Boca is top class. Staff
were very helpful.

Breakfast was only average. Can be quite noisy in the morning if you're
room overlooks the open dining area in the centre of the hotel.

Breakfast and La Boca restaurant excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Keys very stiff to open doors to rooms an coridors to rooms.

The hotel rooms were furnished to a high standard and were extremely clean, The staff were helpful and pleasant. We all had a lovely stay and would definitely return again.

It was noisey due to building works next door however I understand this wasnt the hotels fault. Also the staff setting up early in the morning could be heard by my friend in the room next door.

Hotel location and our room ( nr 15)

On the the first transfer ( an ordinary taxi send by the hotel, not the
hotel's car)the driver wanted more than the price (asked for e30) but I
was with the e-mail from the hotel with the right price.

The hotel staff is very helpfull

Air conditioning would be a plus

The hotel restaurant was absolutely beautiful food. Highly recomended

Maybe air con in rooms as it was about 30 degrees

Very nice atmosphere, good location close to town center, metro and trams. Good and varied breakfast. Service minded staff. Very good restaurant in the same building with reasonable prices.

Our room situated towards the street suffered noise from traffic from early morning. Also noise from building sites left and right of the hotel. On departure the account, althougt booked in Euro had to be payed in local currency against an unfavoural exchange rate. Staff was aware of the problem but explained they had no euro account in their bank.

Loved the breakfast, acces to internet, lounge downstairs with billard table. I HIGHLY reccomned the restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Pretty good location.

Art on the walls was "disturbing"... very bad choice for a hotel. Rooms could be updated, they are getting a little outdated. Bathroom shower was musty.

The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the Old town and shopping center nearby. The room was very spacious.

No AC was present in the room. It was OK, because during our stay it was not so hot. But I can imagine what would happen during August...
