La ubicación es muy buena, a unas cuadras de la plaza principal, en recepción muy amables, muy buen hotel.

Very nice and clean rooms, Extremely helpful staff especially Mira at the front desk. Except for features like a pool or spa this hotel is equal or better than the best 5 stars hotels I've stayed in. The location is in the heart of old town Prague so is ideal for both partying and sightseeing.

All the staff were excellent, especially the group at the front desk. They were very helpful in making reservations, getting taxis, offering suggestions on local sites. The rooms were very comfortable and big. The location was great - just a short walk to the town sq.

The Savic Hotel is beautiful and is in an excellent location.

Unusual layout, great value, perfect location, exceptional staff. All in all excellent - highly recommended!

The location is perfect, two blocks away from the main square. The price is good and breakfast also. I reserved a regular room, but two days after, I received an email from the hotel, offering me an upgrade to a superior room for 20 euros a day. The new room was big ans beautiful, with a crystal chandelier, a big antique bed and a nespresso coffe machine. However, the floor is all rotten.

The staff is mediocre. Expect the girl who did our check in, who was really helpfull, the girl in the other two days, a blonde one, was not unpolite and rude but also gave me all the informations I asked wrong. In the last day, I asked her to call a cab to take me to the train station and without my authorization she provided the hotel transfer, that had a fixed price of more than four times the regular cab. She knew that was not what I wanted and that I would not have more time to change it, so I would have to take it. That was a very bad behaviour that a serious hotel would not do. Other bad things: they do not refill the amenities. The ones they put in the forst day are supposed to last the entire journey. When I asked for more toiletries, they sent me toilet paper. And the worst: they got into my room when I was in the shower. That should absolutely never happer in a serious hotel. Even if it has beautiful rooms, good breakfast, nice people serving you at the breakfast, good price and location, I would not recommend because of the front desk. They have serious managing problems.

Absolutely perfect location, just around the corner from everything in Old Town. The room was large and comfortable with an excellent attached bath; the breakfast was superb; and the restaurant very good. All around, perfect for holiday in Prague - and an excellent value as well.

Only negative was parking: it was off-site and seemed a bit pricey (more than anywhere else we stayed in Germany). Beyond that, all was excellent.

This hotel is just perfect!! Our room (208) was very beautifull and well decorated. The location is in the middle of the centre. We recomand this hotel to all the spoiled travelers...

The receptionist was very helpful and warmly greeted us when we arrived. We had a free upgrade to their only suite which was outstanding. The location is really good as you are close to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and 10 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square.

Because the location is right in the heart of the Old Town we were woken up several times every night by passers by in the early hours of the morning. The breakfast area was too small with guests having to squeeze past each other and the waiters and the area where you waited for omlettes to be cooked meant you queued in front of the hot breakfast area which prevented other people from getting to the hot breakfast food.

Many areas,especially room 306 needed a fresh coat of paint and fixing some gouges in the walls. Otherwise , a good experience.
