Perfect loacation! Beautiful, clean, nice rooms. Good wi-fi Connection. Amazing service from all the staff. Good brekfast. the hotel had everything we expected, and then some! Our second time staying, and we will be back!
My only, small complain, is that it was a bit cold on the bathroom floor. Everything was terrfic at this great hotel!
Located right off of the state and an easy walk to most tourist attractions and many restaurants. Concert activities abound. Excellent breakfast. Best mattress ever.
The location is really great
Old world charm and decor in a very convenient location with a very helpful staff.
Convient to major sites of Prague. Upgraded us to a very nice room. Mira, the receptionist, was extremely helpful in securing reservations for various events.
Was happy with the hotel
Just around a corner of the town center, this small hotel offers luxury at an amazing price with excellent food, staff and decoration (visual and auditive) Would definitely stay over and over again
Not staying more
Good location, breakfast, amenities
no view from window
Location is perfect inside the old quarters. Breakfast room is very bright and airy. Reception was very friendly, nice and accommodating.
It can be very trying to get there by car, because of all the one-way streets.
Great location. I loved the breakfast, and the espresso machine with decaff coffee option. the staff was super helpful. The character of the hotel and rooms was very chic Very clean.
There were too many steps after opening the room door to access the room. The bed was comfortable but I had a weird crack every time we turn sides.
The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the districts we wished to visit. Breakfast was superb. Staff most helpful.
The hot water in our room took ages to come through, although on one day the water was only tepid. However, we stayed in two different rooms, and the hot water in the first was fine.
Location. Stylish room
Hot water ran out on top floor so cold shower one morning. Breakfast could be better as coffee and tea only served by the cup and laid out in a disorganised way. Not enough fruit.
Chose this hotel for its quiet location yet it's only a couple of minutes walk from the main square. Loved the feel of the hotel, they kept many old features yet paired this with modern luxury.
There is nothing to not like!
Lack of adequate sound proofing. Poor personal attitude and presentation by breakfast cook.
As all regular double rooms were booked, we were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite. The room was spacious and lovely, with a great bathroom. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant (U Dominika) one evening. The food was somewhat disappointing: the meat and gnocchi were tough and the potato pancakes very bland.
We liked your very friendly and helpful reception staff from booking to farewell. Nothing was too much trouble from arranging tours to taxis or scanning documents. Simple clean convenient. Very good value for money
Location, Historic Building, Lovely Room
This is a really nice hotel in a brilliant location. We had a lovely room on the third floor which was very quiet. The staff are excellent in every respect. Whilst we were there there was a burst water main in the street just outside the hotel and we had no water for a day. The staff did everything possible to compensate (free bottled water). The breakfast everyday was excellent and the one evening meal we had, on the night we arrived, was also very good. We would certainly stay here again if we revisit Prague.
Friendly, helpful staff. They paid attention to detail e.g. welcome drink on arrival. The location was good for sightseeing - just off Old Town Square.
Some distant noise at night from 'revellers' but that is inevitable if you want a convenient location for the Square.
Nice, small hotel in an excellent location
Great location. Good size room and bathroom. All presented to a high level.
More cooked food choice at breakfast, but that's it!
All aspects of our stay we're 1st class.
Nothing, please do not change anything.
Staff were very welcoming, and couldn't be more helpful. Also, the room upgrade for our friend who's 40th birthday we were celebrating was a nice touch.
Too much choice for the included breakfast, not ideal for someone seeking to lose weight.
I loved everything about this hotel, it has so much charm and ambience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
