They took all money when I checked in. I was not be informed no hot water avairable in poor. Allmost all staff dose not speak English. Their behaviar was inpolite. |

Pleasant athmosphere, surroundings and appearance of the hotel and hotel facilities. Good quality standard. Nostalgic charme of the place in Karlovy Vary. The indifferent and reluctant friendliness of some staff members and lacking committment to guest services, which does not reflect the over all impression of the Hotel |

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist sehr angenehm, da viele Stcukelemente an die herrschaftliche Zeit erinnern und die Gebäude in einem wunderschönen Park liegen. Der Standard der Einrichtungen entspricht nicht unbedingt einem 5-Sterne-Luxus-Hotel. Dazu fehlen einfach viele Kleinigkeiten, die diese Klasse ausmachen. Der Wellnessbereich ist ernüchternd. Karg, ohne Ambiente und leidfer sehr dürftig. |

Lokalizacja jest dobra Podejscie personelu do Polskiego klijenta jest olewajace zwlaszcza recepcja I kelnerzy w dniu wyjazdu do momentu uregulowania pokoi brama wjazdowa zostala zamknieta . Poczucie jak by czlowiek nie chcial oplacic pobytu gdzie mieli karte I wszystkie dane tragedia!!!!!! |

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, es bietet einen großen Pool zum schwimmen und viele Wellnessanwendungen. Außerdem hat es eine kostenlose Tiefgarage. Die Ruheräume vor dem Dampfbad und der Sauna sind optisch nicht schön. |
