Vintage Design Hotel Sax

Fabulous hotel in a great location with friendly staff. It was my husband's birthday and they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift on the day which was a really nice touch. It was a 10 minute walk to St Charles Bridge and also located close to the castle.

There were air fresheners in all the communal areas - smelled nice but very strong and if you have asthma or allergies then this won't be comfortable.

A lovely hotel, very friendly staff and a brilliant location. Could not reccomend highly enough.

Different and nicely designed room. With free internet and computer in the room - very convenient! Good breakfast where you can choose from a large menu, all included in your room rate (but don't expect to get it in your room).

It is a fairly new hotel and some of the staff seemed very inexperienced and the management have clearly not trained them well, eg. in the room you find information about the only room service available - breakfast in the room. However, there is no list on which to order it and when asking about at it the reception the girl really couldn't care less and just told us "I don't know, talk to the kitchen". A true "east block service level"!!! However, the other staff was very nice and service minded. Also the fitness doesn't open until 10 am - so you can't do your training in the morning.

fabulous hotel, great breakfast and afternoon tea. professional and helpful staff. Birthday champagne left in room. Can't recommend Sax highly enough! Would definately return.

The closest metro is a bit far and not easy to reach with adverse weather

stylish and exceptional place to stay that really enhanced our stay in Prague. The Hotel is a real asset to the city ! I know that should I return to Prague- I will always stay there from now on ......

I appreciate that the Spa part of the hotel has only just started up but more info on the services offered would of been helpful.

We got a room on a smoking floor - ashtray in the hallway area near the elevator - made everything smell like smoke. My fault for not specifying a non-smoking floor while making the reservation or asking to change rooms. Wasn't a huge deal - would just ask for non-smoking while booking rooms in the furture.

Déco générale sympa et originale. Emplacement assez idéal : dans une rue très calme tout en étant à 2 pas des sites touristiques (Château, Pont Charles et église St Nicolas) et de rues animées. Personnel accueillant mais sans plus.

Les chambres standards sont assez petites et surtout ne comportent pas de fenêtre. Ce qui est indiqué comme "vue sur le patio" est en fait une "vue sur le couloir". Le petit déjeuner est assez simple et classique.

Das Hotel hat eine super Einrichtung und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Alles ist bequem per Fuß zu erreichen. Der Stadtbezirk ist schön und nicht so touristisch.

Die Tapete im Bad hat sich gelöst.

Notre chambre "deluxe" n'avait aucune vue sur la vieille ville malgré le message reçu à la réservation, elle se trouvait au dessus d'une petite rue pavée bruyante au passage des voitures

ホテルのスタッフの対応が感じが良くて快適に過ごせた。ホテル内もおしゃれできれいで過ごしやすかった。朝- 食のメインが選べるようになっていて良かった。プラハ城に近くて市内の観光も歩いて行けたので便利な場所に- あると思う。また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

バスルームに換気扇が付いていない部屋だった。他の部屋はあるのかも知れないが、それだけが残念だった。
