Good location with friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. The room was a little small and the low ceiling on the top floor added to the feeling of being somewhat squeezed into a small space.

Loved the fun vintage decor throughout the hotel, the afternoon tea, the spacious and comfortable room and sparkling new bathroom. Was impressed that although vintage was used throughout, when new mattered, such as the sleek bathroom, huge flat screen tv, and in-room computer, that's what was used.

Great location.Great staff. Nicely designed. Very good breakfast. Noise. Despite it was higher standart room and the view from room was very lovely, unfortunatelly it was right next to the lift and stairs and so there was really lot of noise from early morning.

The Vintage Desing Hotel sax is a great "boutique" hotel in the city of Prague, we enjoyed our stay. The Room was nice, clean and we did like the furniture and decoration, the bathroom was even awsome. Breakfast was nice (perhaps some more variation would be nice), we also enjoyed the "Tea-time". We highly recommend this hotel for a nice city trip in Prague. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. I think this hotel has a good value/quality rate. So I won't hesitate to choose for this hotel.

the staff is extremly friendly, design is different from the most Prague hotel, but it's really stylish and clean, the breakfast is very good + evening tea is a good bonus. Bathrobe and slippers were in the room, which was also very comfortable. Location is 15 minutes to the Square in the Old Town and 10 minutes to the Caslte. We've seen several couples with children in the hotel - so suppose it has some facilities for stay with children, as they didn't seem uncomfortable... The room is not very spaceous, also it's normal for central hotels, but what really was annoying is the heavy air inside the room - the windows of our room didn't face the street - but the inside hall, so we simply couldn't breath the fresh air, there's no air condition. We feeled extremely uncomfortable in the mornings and tried to leave the room for breakfast as fast as possible...

Highly recommended! Beautifully designed, modern hotel with a great eye to detail. Room and bathroom were spacious and absolutely spotless. Superb service, extremely friendly, acccommodating and efficient staff. Afternoon tea at no additional cost which is a lovely idea. Free Wifi throughout the hotel and rooms even include a laptop and DVD player. Perfect location, quick and easy access to Prague's main sights within about 10 minutes by foot, and lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The thermostat in the room could not be adjusted so it was quite warm.

The hotel was great. The room was large and clean, the decor was interesting and the free breakfast was brilliant. A great place to spend a weekend. Only small issue is that couldn't change the temperature in the room (it was actually really hot - probably good for Winter in Prague but it was unrelenting over night) but it was nothing too major.

I am writing in English due to the other guests. Hotel was absolutely fantastic, our room no. 17 was very nice, clear, atriumwindow was fascinating. It´s very good job of architect, staff and the owner of SAX hotel of course. SAX was the best choice. Thank you, we will come again and we will recommend your hotel to our friends.

A unique hotel, where you make a travel back to the 60s/70s. Excellent location, a very quiet place, 2 minutes on foot from Prague's Castle. If you want to meet a different place with quality at a fair price, this is the place. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage, and the terrace where you can have meals is unique! The Hotel was performing some repairs during my stay. Some rooms have windows to the corridors

Great location for many major sites. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Wonderful complimentary breakfast (all you can eat & great variety) & afternoon tea. Hotel has a truly one of a kind character- really fun art deco throughout. Free wi-fi & lap top in each room. We were really with our stay there & would definitely stay there again! Nothing bad to say about our time there.

Novel hotel decorated with design icons from the 60's and 70'S. Rooms are large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and free beverages and cakes in the afternoon. Staff helpful and friendly and good limoservice to airport. Location in the embassy district was quite with good bars and restaurants nearby. Close to Castle and Cathederal. Some issues with bathroom cleaning and non-functioning sink.

Great location, good sized room, good selection of breakfast. The decor is funky and modern and makes a nice change from the standard hotel rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend although street noise was a real concern We upgraded to the bigger room as it advertised 'superb views of the old town from this room'. In fact we looked directly at a brick wall. This was very disappointing and a waste of money upgrading. Also as our room faced the street there was a lot of early morning noise of garbage trucks and the like which constantly woke up. There is a charge of 10 euros to use the gym yet there was no air-conditioning in the gym which made it very uncomfortable. The location of the shower head is awkward and makes the shower hard to use.

Excellent location. At the feet of Praga Castle, close to the city center, yet in a corner that is quiet. The staff was helpful and kind. The design based on the 60 and 70 (not my favourite decades) adds color and removes the gloomy air that is present in many hotels. Very good and varied breakfast. Even in the selection of breads, cheeses, fruits, etc. and in their arrangement you see a demonstration of good taste and good will.
