The hotel is located in the middle of the town very close to the central pedestrian square and 10 minutes from Krumlov Castle.
Český Krumlov, in the southeast of the Czech Republic, is known for its art and architecture, and music and art festivals are often held in the town. Make sure you visit some of the galleries, as well as the picturesque streets to get a real flavor of this special, pleasant town.

Krumlov Castle is unusually large for a town of Krumlov's size; and, in the Czech Republic, only the Prague castle is larger.

The castle also contains a preserved Baroque theater which was completed in 1766. The theater is still complete with original stage machinery, scenery and props.

Krumlov also has a museum dedicated to the painter Egon Schiele, who lived in the town.

6 miles from Krumlov is one of the Czech Republic’s oldest monasteries, Zlatá Koruna ("The Golden Crown"). About 19 miles from Krumlov is the Hluboká Castle, established in the 12th century and later remodeled according to Windsor Castle in England.

Krumlov is close to the Šumava National Park, the Czech Republic's largest national park. The Šumava mountains lie along the border with Austria and Germany and offer a range of natural habitats. The area is popular with hikers, cyclists, and canoeists on the Vltava.

Other attractions in Český Krumlov or nearby in the surrounding area include:
Castle Garden, the Revolving Theatre, the Museum of Torture, the Waxworks Museum, the Český Krumlov Regional Museum, the Graphite Mine and the Five-Petaled Rose Festival.

Masahide Young couple Kanagawa, Japan January 19, 2012	部屋が綺麗だった。朝食のハムがとても美味しく、量もたくさん用意してもらえた。オフシーズンだったせいか、ホテルSenecaの宿泊者は我々だけでした。その為か、ホテルの入口に「ホテルレオナルドでチェックインをしてください」と言う張り紙がしてあったが、- ホテルレオナルドに行くと閉まっていた。併設のお土産屋さんのご主人に聞くと、近くの別のホテルに行くよう- に言われ、そこでチェックインのカギを渡された。慣れない異国の土地でなかなかチェックインできず、たらいまわしにされて非常に不安だった。部屋にドライヤーが置いてなかった。連泊したが、部屋の掃除をしてもらえなかった。勝手にホテル内を調べて、ドライヤーと新しいタオルを手に入れました。 Did you find this review helpful?	5.4

Frühstück optimal, Abrechnung ohne Zuschläge für Kartenzahlung, fairer Bankkurs bei Zahlung in Euro. Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt, dadurch keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus, jedoch Zufahrtserlaubnis zum Be- und Entladen, sowie Parkticket für Zentralparkplatz inclusive. Die Sauna ist gemütlich und in bestem Zustand und kann selbst eingeschaltet werden, sodass sie 24 Stunden zur Verfügung steht. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber in Ordnung. “We liked the location of the hotel, just 300 metres from the town square close to restaurants and bars and UNESCO World Heritage Site attractions. The staff was very friendly. It seems to a family-run business and they really want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Apparently, during summer, the town is packed with people, wall-to-wall tourists, "You can't move, here" said a local resident and so, the price would probably be very high during the summer. We stayed during late December and it was great. Crowded even during winter!”
