The staffs were polite and friendly. The room was quite and comfortable. The location is perfect. The breakfast was gorgeous with a lot of thing to eat. I highly recommend Sheraton Prague.

Check in and check out handled efficiently Some staff were very good (bellmen and reception) Coffee machine in the room was very good Comfortable bed a la carte Breakfasts were good Room was nothing like pictured Uncomfortable pillows and no alternatives available Guest services number took ages to be answered and staff were abrupt English tv limited to news channels unless you were willing to pay us$ 20+ per movie/documentary Buffet breakfast too expensive in comparison to a la carte options

My stay was comfortable, Hotel staff was helpful. Room size and amenities were as per standards. Missed swimming pool and club lounge can offer better snacks. Location was not impressive. Ended up spending almost similar amount with taxis than the hotel.

- Personalu receptie este la un inalt grad de profenalism - Micul dejun diversificat si bine prezentat - Personalul braseriei si restaurantului foarte serviabili Lipsa de parcare pentru autoturisme. Pentru a parca autoturimul trebuie sa mergi la o locatie in apropiere la aproximatv 700-800 m ,daca ploua este foarte dificil.

Понравилось практически всё - удачное расположение (близко к центру, но при этом тихо и спокойно), комфорт и чистота в номере, очень удобная и широкая кровать, изысканная кухня, ненавязчивое обслуживание, бесплатный WiFi и т.д. С огромным удовольствием будем останавливаться в этом отеле вновь и рекомендовать его друзьям. Понравилось всё. Единственным неудобством было полное отсутствие русского языка - инструкции, меню и т.д.

La proximité des transports, bien que 15 minutes environ suffisent pour être dans le centre ville. Nous avions réservé une chambre "de luxe", mais nous n'avons rien trouvé de luxueux..... - Aucun employé ne parle français - Le personnel de la réception n'est pas aimable (surtout une jeune femme blonde qui était agacée parce que nous lui demandions un peu d'aide pour l'imprimante! et qui d'ailleurs ne s'est pas déplacée de 3m pour nous aider !)- -Les produits de salle de bain sont distribués au compte goutte, et il faut les réclamer. -Le ménage n'est fait que superficiellement -Seul le concierge semble décidé à tenter de vous aider (mais comme lui non plus ne parle pas français, il fait ce qu'il peut !)

Sehr freundliches Personal, das sich sofort um einen kümmert. Sehr schönes, relativ großes Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit einer riesen Auswahl. Kostenloses Mineralwasser wird täglich ans Bett gestellt. Zentrale Lage des Hotels etwas Abseits des größten Touristengetümmels Der hoteleigene Parkplatz mit Parkservice kostet täglich 40 Euro, es wird jedoch auch eine Alternative um 20 Euro täglich etwa 5 Minuten zu fuß entfernt genannt, wohin man das Auto aber selber bringen muß. Ausblick aus dem Zimmer in einen kleinen Innenhof

Not the cheapest hotel, but we got a good rate through Bookings.com Flash Deals!, including breakfast and parking for the car. This, together with the excellent service received from the staff at check in and the concierge who parked the car and was always very helpful and friendly, made this a special stay during our holiday.

Metallican turneella pari yötä tässä. Kaikki tässä hotellissa on ok. Älkää moittiko hintaa, laatu maksaa. Aamupala loistava. Suiteissa tilaa juosta vaikka ympyrää. Kulman takana Hooters . Hotellin oma auto kuljetti ympäri kylää.
