Just a straightforward, no frills hotel with nice, friendly, helpful staff. Good value for money and convenient for travel. Was offered a better room than booked as one was available. No, perfectly adequate for the money |

Room was a good size, staff were helpfull. Reviews read before staying made out the hotel was shabby, bedrooms were in good state of repair. The entrance was a bit dark and could do with lighting up. But was good okay. Transport couldnt of been better, oppisite station and the tram terminal right outside for easy access to town. Breakfast room, the layout and food available was sparse. More hot food bacon etc. |

The proximity to the city centre is good, likewise the city is a well worth a visit with numerous bars and resurants in and around the beautiful square. The web site did not accurately portray the hotel, which on the website looked relatively modern. My wife and I drove past the hotel three times, thinking that it resembled a run down office bloke rather than a Hotel. This was not helped by the extensive roadwork’s that were being undertaken directly outside the hotel. The first impressions of the hotel reception was that it was in urgent need of renovation, and the hotel parking on offer really does need addressing and gives a really poor first impression. Furthermore, the road works started at 6:00AM, meaning that a reasonable sleep-in was not possible. All in all, a disappointing stay. I would go back to the city, but would not stop at this hotel. |

The water supply was unavailable in the morning due to roadworks outside. However, an alternative supply was not provided, and no partial refund was given either. |

Not a lot to like about it except the reception staff were very good and very helpfull. Also since I paid in czk koruny I got about 10% off. Very handy for station. Room and toilet o.k. Windows date from about 40 years ago, handles missing from 2 of them making it impossible to open them and third needed to be forced to get it to open. Interiors of lift cars very shabby. Restaurant was like a works canteen and very noisy. |

Hotel doesn´t offer value for money that you pay. Internet is not working in the room. Room was not very clean and was very noisy from tramway traffic outside. |

Convenience to train station, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room. The bathroom was absolutly spotless. The breakfast did not have anything hot; eg. eggs or sausages. |

The big advantage to me was the location, directly opposite the main station. I have stayed at this hotel before and will stay there again. Once again, Booking.com offered the best price. The coffee machine broke down at breakfast on the first morning. The staff made no attempt to provide an alternative. |

Das Hotel ist gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof gelegen und damit speziell für Geschäftsreisende sehr praktisch. Zur Zeit wird die Umgebung des Hauptbahnhofes umgebaut, so dass am Hotel nicht geparkt werden kann, nicht einmal zum Ausladen des Gepäcks. |

Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner J'avais fait une demande de chambre double, nous avons eut une chambre avec deux lits simple que nous avons du coller. Ce n'était pas très confortable. |

Recepció. A lift belseje 40 éves állapotban volt, karcos, lelakott. Az étteremben senki nem volt, a kocsmáros csak csehül beszélt és egy sört sem volt hajlandó adni, mert csak euro volt nálunk. Át akart küldeni az állomásra, hogy váltsunk pénzt. Ez egy nemzetközi szállodában nem szerencés viselkedés és hozzáállás. A "kedves" fogadtatásra való tekintettel mi nem ittunk sört, ő pedig egyedül ült tovább. Lehet, hogy zavartuk. A reggelizőhelyen csak 8-14-ig nem lehetett dohányozni, később igen, ami érződik is. A bútorzat erősen használt. |

Frukosten var under all kritik då de inte fyllde på den utan de som kom senare fick nöja sig med endast lite juice. Det fanns vissa rum som var i ngt bättre skick men man får betala lika mkt om man få en av de sämre rummen. På ett av våra rum så ringde hotell telefonen en gång varje timmer....med början 01.30?? |
