Friendly receptionist, speaks good English. The Hotel staff screwed up my booking. They had no record of it when I arrived and charged me extra money. They have since sent me an email acknowledging their mistake, apologizing, and offering a small refund, but they have miscalculated this, too. The bedroom was overheated, with no control. The breakfast was not good, the waiters were unhelpful. The coffee was stale and only luke-warm. Ugh! |

nette Mitarbeiter, geräumige Zimmer, zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeit in Garage, leise, da Zimmer nicht auf die Straße geschaut hat. in den Zimmern war es zu heiß |

čistota a izbách; izba bola pripravená na ubytovanie už skôr ako je uvedené v informáciách čo nám (skupine účastníčok na medzinárodnú konferenciu organizovanú Mendelovou univerzitou) uľahčilo pobyť v Brne a na univerzite (nemuseli sme ísť s kuframi na univerzitu a až večer sa ubytovať v hoteli; raňajkový bufet bol výborný, mali sme izbu situovanú na hlavnú cestu a keďže bolo na izbe dosť teplo, spali sme pri otvorenom okne a hluk z ulice dosť rušil; organizátori konferencie nám oznámili, že v objednávke pre hotel máme uviesť, že sme účastníci konferencie Firma a konkurenční prostredí 2009, zrejme na získanie cenovej zľavy, ale pracovníčka hotela nám to neuznala |
