Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes Dreibettzimmer, incl. sehr großem Bad, in dem wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Wenn man etwas ändern möchte, wäre eine Heizung im Bad zu nennen. |

Hôtel très bien situé en haut de la ville. Belle vue et silencieux Chambres assez grandes. C'est un point idéal pour faire des ballades jusqu'à la frontière polonaise. L'hotel dispose de peu d'équipements par rapport aux autres hotels de la ville. Salle de bains petites. |

Najbardziej podobał mi się widok z okna na góry i stoki narciarskie oraz położenie blisko centrum i szlaków turystycznych. Mountain view, nearby the center. Śniadania były beznadziejne: mało, kiepski wybór i nieświeże! Jak na hotel z trzema gwiazdkami te śniadania to porażka! Horrible breakfast - not fresh, small choice! |

Die Größe der Zimmer sowie die Ausstattung. Die Wände im Hotel sind voll mit Rissen, vor allem in den Fluren. Die Speisekarte des Hotelrestaurants ist viel zu kurz. Hier fehlen vor allem einheimische Speisen. |

Hotel je dobře situovaný, pár set metrů z centra Špindlu. Snídaně jsou na slušné úrovni. Dobrý 3* hotel. V pokoji byla slyšet voda v topení, rušilo to ze spaní. Po přestěhování do jiného pokoje problém ustal. |

Miła i pomocna obsługa, kameralność, czystosc, piękne krajobrazy wokół, darmowy parking przy hotelu. Brak informacji ze hotel jest usytuowany na wzgórzu i dojazd w okresie zimowym wymaga użycia łańcuchów. Brak skibusu w bezpośredniej bliskości hotelu ( niesienie sprzętu narciarskiego pod i z góry wymagało znacznego wysiłku fizycznego- (200m pod górę !) Brak radioodbiornika w pokoju |

Das Peronal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist super sauber. Eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Hotelzimmer ist garantiert. Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Da das Hotel höher gelegen ist, müssen Sie körperlich fit sein um zu Fuß das Hotel zuerreichen. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Hoteleigenes Taxi vorhanden. Beschreibung der Zimmer: weder war ein Fön noch ein Bademantel auf dem Zimmer. Kleines Doppelzimmer mit Miniferneher ( kein lcd -tv wie angegeben) welcher nur ard,zdf und Eurosport sendet. Das Billardzimmer gibt es nicht mehr. Die Internetseite des Hotels stimmt nicht mit der Aussattung der Zimmer überein. Aber mann ist ja zum urlaub Machen da. |

Vriendelijke dame bij de receptie. Ruime kamer, comfortabel bed / matras. We hadden als voorkeur om een kamer gevraagd waar gerookt mocht worden. Er bleken in het geheel geen kamers te zijn waar gerookt mocht worden. Er stond echter wel een een waarschuwingsbordje, dat als er toch gerookt zou worden dit een boete zou opleveren van 5000 kronen. Tevens zoals reeds vermeld als wij hadden voorzien dat dit hotel dermate hoog gelegen was, hadden we niet geboekt. |
