Tilfreds. Godt hotel med rygeforbud i restauranten. Fint udvalg i morgenbuffetten. . En hurtigere computer. Det tog en time at sende fra denne til receptionens til udprintning. Mailafhentning var utrolig langsom. |

Lækkert hotel i centrum. Forholdsvis store værelser Alle attraktioner kan nås til fods. Venligt receptionspersonale som bla. hjalp med bestilling af privat chauffør til lufthavnen. Morgenmadsbuffet - som i princippet havde et stor udvalg - var det samme hver morgen og personalet om morgenen kunne godt være lidt mere smilende og serviceminded. |

Location is excellent. Room is nice, modern and comfort. Breakfast is good. 1.We came at the hotel's restaraunt as 8 p.m. But they did not cook already, only cold drinks were availuable. 2. There were 2 covers for double-bed. Very inconvinient. |

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to visit the city by foot. the rooms were clean and warm. the rooms are very small and the breakfast is poor. |

Rooms where kept very clean as was the hotel itself, Bottle of sparkling wine was offered free of charge as it was my wifes birthday. In all very nice friendly comfortable hotel. |

Clean, comfortable, spacious room but would not class as 4 star..3 star would be a more appropriate rating. Safe area close to main attractions. Unfriendly staff at reception. |

Location was very central yet slightly out of the main drag so reasonably quiet for a city centre location No real public areas to sit and have a coffee or drink....dining area ver "sterile" with no atmosphere so little incenctive to use |

I loved the location and I loved the professionalism of the entire hotel staff. The staff ensured my first visit to Prague was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Hotel Sovereign. There was nothing I did not like. I was totally pleased with every aspect of the Hotel Sovereign. |

Cleanliness of the room, location The room was exceptionally stuffy/humid. This was indicated to management and was not solved. The air conditioning system was not operating correctly which meant we had to sleep with window open which was far from ideal. |

The Hotel was in a very good location just around the corner from the main shopping square and a couple of minutes walk from the old town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. They offer collections to and from the airport at a set price which we availed of with no problems at all. |

Lovely hotel, perfect location. Friendly staff and great value for money. Did not like the breakfast. Had to pay extra for coffee and juices. Also breakfast finished at 10.00 and when we arrived at 9.30 there was nothing left. |

The bathroom was very comfortable. The breakfast-buffet was good, although the coffee was awful. One of the receptionist should take a seminar on servicemindedness!The hotel interior has a much too anonymous style for my taste. And there was a constant draft in the breakfast room. |

Very conveniently located, on a quiet side street behind Wenceslas Square, very close to Natuional Museum and walking distance from Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Very clean, very helpful front desk (you can purchase theater tickets and daily trips there at no extra cost), very good breakfast buffet that offers local flavours and new dishes every morning, very nice spa area that you can use it privately for 10 Euros per 90 min Our room was a little small although it had a spacious bathroom / the spa would need a jacuzzi pool / next time you will paint the walls, use colours - the beige colour that is everywhere is very dull and impersonal / the reception area is not impressive - make it warmer and more stylish, because your hotel is very nice and deserves a better "first impression" |

good location if you want to visit some touristic places, quite helpful saff, definitely to expecive compare to the quality and standard, horrible coffe served on a brakfast it was even worst that regular instant coffe, they shoudn't served something like this in the hotel for that price. In each place you can see restriction what not to do, you cant keep any (even one) your own beverege in the rooms fridge - it is not allowed, and it is doesn't metter that you need this for helty reason. They put info in the fridge that it is not allowed. They use extrimly high exhage rate, so if you book the hotel in euro, you will pay much more than you expect in your currency |

Very central location. Quiet street. Comfortable room. Breakfast was ok.Did not look appealing especially if you came down in the last half hour. Not much buzz or public areas in hotel. |
