What a difference staying here (compared to London) We do a lot of international travel and this hotel exceeded our expectations for this part of Europe. We could not fault any aspect of the hotel or it's staff. Good on the Sovereign (Also take advantage of their limo service to / from airport) |

Location is fantastic - just off the main Winceslas Sqr. Hotel seems to have been renovated only recently as facilities are all new. |

it was a city break and we visited local castles, monuments, restaurants and shops. we got the information leaflet from the reception and were able to book& pay the trips in the hotel. there was no lounge to invite other people for a chat |

The location was excellent and the rooms were perfect. The beds were very comfy and very clean. staff were very helpful and polite. Could have done with more English tea, sugar and milk in the rooms. |

We had a top floor room, attic-like with two electric ceiling windows. At night you could see the stars. But no side windows to see the street. |

I asked for special food for a problem that I have and they provided me with it.the room was always perfectly clean. They spoke basic English and sometimes not very friendly and smiling. |

Clean room; extensive breakfast buffet; convenient location near Prague's Wenceslaw's square - were able to walk almost everywhere in Prague from this location! Coffee at breakfast buffet - tasted like instant coffee! |

Hotel was centrally located Restaurant staff were not friendly to the point of being rude when we were ordering food. Steak was lovely when we got it and wine selection varied. But overall staff were not approachable and would not eat there again because of it. |

Everything, the location was fantastic, it was so hygenic and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the catering staff who even taught us a few Czeck words. |

Location is excellent and the hotel was satisfactory in all aspects. We had a meal in the restaurant and while the food was very good, the ambience was on the cold side. |

It has a very good location, in the centre but in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and light. The breakfast provided a good mix of food. |
